In the book “The Sweet Wife of the Campus Heartthrob”, Chu Yang was an extremely capable female supporting character. She came from a poor family and had a weak and delicate appearance. She followed the main couple around pretending to be pitiable while secretly trying to sabotage their relationship so she could take the female lead’s place.

Later her true colors were revealed and she was spurned by everyone. When she fell ill, there was no one to take care of her and she died alone in her shabby little shack. By the time her body was discovered, it had already started to decay.

The narrative follows a gamer who, after selecting the “Awakened Cinder” class in the game Fractured Dawn, finds himself transported into the game's world. However, this version of the game is devoid of its usual interfaces—no UI, no tutorials, and no second chances. Each death strips away a part of his memories and identity, immersing him deeper into a perilous reality.The protagonist, now known as Riven, must navigate the treacherous Witherlands, confronting formidable foes like the Gravemare and Dreamborn Horrors, while uncovering the mysteries of Emberlight, Grace, and Cindershrines. His journey is one of survival, self-discovery, and challenging the very fabric of this fractured world.

Mc is killed but he’s saved by the Villain System. He has to go to different movie worlds and complete tasks to earn villain points. There’s more to the system and the story than just going to movie worlds. The story is somewhat simple, sometimes doesn’t make sense but it’s funny and entertaining. I think it’s definitely worth the read. Just don’t expect a serious literary masterpiece or something. Obviously.
