After playing a variation of the poker game, Shadow’s Hand, Damien Pearce unexpectedly awakened in an unfamiliar world.Stripped of all kinds of information in the world he was thrown into, Damien now had to navigate it through wits and guts.Amidst his search for information, he discovered that he seemed to be a part of the world as a Transcendent Investigator, otherwise known as TI.The TI seemed fearful and revered among the people in this world. They were responsible for catching Transcendent(s) who misused their power.But was that the reason for his transfer?“Do I or do I not belong in this world?” Damien questioned his presence constantly.

Although it was only a marriage of convenience, Amelie Ashford was the perfect wife in every aspect. She was intelligent, obedient, and well-respected. She was kind to everyone and devoted to her husband. And she was perfectly content to spend the rest of her life like that, even though she was constantly nagged about getting pregnant. That was until her husband entered their house with a mistress by his side and eventually demanded a divorce.“Very well,” Amelie said calmly, “I will divorce you.”Richard's eyes shone as he heard his wife utter these words. Our straight (?) bottom woke up ten years into the future and found himself on the bed of his childhood friend… At the start, the bottom was shocked to his very bones, but he soon quickly accepted this premise and found the whole situation to be rather amusing. Precisely then, the bottom once again went back to his timeline — back to when he and the top were just platonic childhood friends.

Once a regular high school student, the protagonist gets sent to another world via truck. He reawakens to find himself contracted to a girl about the same age as him before passing, and that his body was no longer that of a human.
