Lin Jiao and Gu Quan have been in a relationship for two years. For his sake, she played the good and obedient little lady, willing to be as humble as possible. He grabbed her hand tightly and said in a hoarse, pained voice, “Jiaojiao, forgive me, okay?” He was hoping that she would forgive him easily as she had always done. However, he was alarmed when a certain figure walked into his line of sight.“Darling,” he said as he pulled Lin Jiao backward, giving Gu Quan a smug look. He leaned over to Lin Jiao, touching her face softly. “Let’s continue?”

Feng slowly backed up to the door, “W—what’s up with you both?” Two tall blond men stalked closer and caged her in the corner, “Aiden, Ethan, you both are too—too close,”

People from a technologically advanced society are thrown into a world where they can't maintain their tech. They are forced to rely on what the world provides where they have to make do with the limited resources they have and what little of their old technology is still working. Their gene manipulation allows them to have something akin to superpowers, but that doesn't help much against the monsters of their new world. Not sure yet whether sufficiently advanced technology will be discovered later on to count as magic.It turns more political between the various clans later on.
