Even Li Luo jumped upon hearing that faint voice, and he hurriedly turned his head. Not far away was Wang Xuanjin with his hands behind his back, unhappily looking at them.

"Principal Wang?"

Li Luo felt a little awkward. The Triple Crowned King had chosen to quietly stand behind them the whole time, so how could he have possibly sensed his presence? However, he swiftly recomposed himself and asked hurriedly. "What did you just say? What happened to Principal Pang? What's happening in the Xia Kingdom now?"

He realized that he had been cultivating for a year and a half, which meant that the seal Principal Pang had created had long been lifted.

Without the seal, the Other Disaster in the Xia Kingdom would only worsen and the two Other Kings it had suppressed would be let free. The Xia Kingdom would be helpless before their furious onslaught!

No one in the Xia Kingdom had the capability of withstanding an Other King's fearsome power.

"What do you mean, 'what happened?' The seal reached its limit and the Other Disaster broke out," Wang Xuanjin calmly explained.

Li Luo and Jiang Qing'e's expressions turned ugly and looks of panic and anxiety seeped through their eyes. If the Other Kings led the Other Disaster to sweep through the entirety of the Xia Kingdom, then House Luolan would also find it difficult to avoid doom.

Wang Xuanjin shook his head upon seeing their actions. "Ah, youths these days are truly impetuous."

He then waved his hand, causing Li Luo and Jiang Qing'e to return to their original positions, firmly suppressing their vast resonant power undulations back into their bodies. The two were now Sixth-grade Transcendents, but,they were no different from toddlers to someone at the peak of the Triple Crowned King Stage.

"If we truly had waited for you two to return to reinforce them, I'm afraid the Xia Kingdom would have turned into a wasteland by now."

Li Luo was just about to burst out in anger when he was dazed by Wang Xuanjin's words. His expression was one of astonishment as asked, "Could it be that the Academic Federation has taken action to help?"

Wang Xuanjin indifferently explained, "Whilst the two of you were cultivating, the Academic Federation declared war on the Origin Reversion Institute after what they did in the Celestial Mirror Pagoda. We have been constantly exchanging blows with casualties on both sides. The Origin Reversion Institute has incited numerous Other Disasters in the outer divine continents, and this has been discovered by Academic Federation. We then deployed many reinforcement squads, and the Xia Kingdom was assisted by the Heavenly Origin Ancient College's squad led by Vice Principal Lan Lingzi. They set off more than half a year ago."

When Li Luo and Jiang Qing'e heard this, they finally managed to heave sighs of relief.

"As expected, Principal Wang Xuanjin, you are very, very reliable. Does this mean that the danger surrounding the Xia Kingdom has been resolved?" Li Luo hefted a thumbs up towards Wang Xuanjin as he flattered him. Lan Lingzi was Principal Pang's old flame and was also a King. Even with the seal lifted, the two of them joining hands should have allowed them to fend off the Cadaverous King and the Ichythian King. If the blade over the Xia Kingdom was removed, the heavy weight on Li Luo's heart would also be lifted.

However, to the duo's surprise, Wang Xuanjin shook his head. "All I can say is that the Xia Kingdom and the Astral Sage College have not been destroyed. However, the situation surrounding the Xia Kingdom has worsened."

Ferocious beasts were terrifying enough in the eyes of ants, so why would they bother even thinking about the mountains the beasts lived in?

"Supporting them is a Shadow World power known as the Eight Headed Other Dominion. The Saturnine Hydra Devil King leads it, and it possesses terrifying power. A Devil King itself is equivalent to a peak Triple Crowned King, and hundreds of years ago, this particular Devil King led an Other Disaster within an inner divine continent that resulted in several Kings being devoured. It was only when a Heavenly Emperor took action that it retreated to lick its wounds. The Ichythian King and the Cadaverous King are its lackeys. The Eight Headed Other Dominion is a peak power in the Shadow World, and if the Saturnine Hydra Devil King were to ever reach the Heavenly Emperor Stage, the Shadow World's Seventy Two Greater Dominions would become seventy-three. Thus, we cannot look down on them.

"We thought that with Lan Lingzi coming to assist, the Ichythian King and the Cadaverous King would be forced to retreat. However, we underestimated the Saturnine Hydra Devil King's desire for the Xia Kingdom. I received news from Lan Lingzi that the Saturnine Hydra Devil King has further reinforced its forces. It controls four minions known as the Four Pestilence Kings. You already know two of them, and the other two are the Enchanting Fox King and the Demon Witch King. Thus, there are now four Other Kings in the Xia Kingdom, and Pang Qianyuan and Lan Lingzi are finding it hard to hold on. The good thing is that the remaining two Other Kings rarely show their faces and merely stay within the depths of the Other Disaster's corrupted location. Otherwise, the situation would have been negatively exacerbated. This whole thing turned out much worse than we initially calculated. I suspect that the two Other Kings are hiding away in order to make preparations for the Saturnine Hydra Devil King to descend. If so, the surrounding kingdoms will also be annihilated."

Wang Xuanjin's words carried depressing implications, and even the duo had to take some time to digest the information. Afterwards, they glanced at each other with gloomy gazes. The good news was that the Academic Federation had sent people to help. This meant that Old Pang had survived after being released from his seal. After which, he had been forced to seal himself to contain two Other Kings and prevent the situation from deteriorating too quickly. Now that he was unsealed, his old flame had come to rescue him, but two more Other Kings had popped up...

It really seemed that he was constantly getting beaten down by life.
