Baby Serendipity: The Whole World Fell In Love With Me-Chapter 20 - 19 The New Nephew
Chapter 20: Chapter 19: The New Nephew
Chapter 20 -19: The New Nephew
Two little girls of similar age held hands as they followed behind Liu Hui, lining up to board the airplane. Each wore a colorful butterfly hair accessory that fluttered as they walked, looking extremely adorable.
Once they boarded the plane, they wanted to sit closely together.
Su Chenfei had originally wanted to sit with his Little Auntie, eager to take a few photos to make everyone in the Su Family Group envious. After all, this was Little Auntie’s first airplane ride, which was truly significant.
But now the two little ones wanted to sit together; what was he to do?
The seats bought by the crew were in pairs to facilitate adults taking care of children. Now that the little friends wanted to sit together, someone would need to move to a row of three seats so the kids could still be properly looked after.
Liu Hui explained the situation to the flight attendant, who asked other passengers if they would be willing to switch seats.

It was a matter of mutual agreement, and seeing the cute little pair, it didn’t take long before passengers volunteered to help.
Liu Hui repeatedly thanked them, and Mianmian chimed in her thanks too, her milky voice so adorable that those who switched seats couldn’t help but smile.
Kids who are polite and don’t make a fuss are just adorable.
Seeing that the seat switch was successful, Su Chenfei moved to sit with Mianmian, only to be stopped by Liu Hui: “Let me sit with them, you’re just a big kid yourself and a little lacking in taking care of children.”
Su Chenfei was so irritated he couldn’t take it: “How am I lacking in taking care of kids? I’ve been specially trained at home and learned so many things!”
Liu Hui smiled brightly: “My daughter is scared of you.”
“I’m not sitting with your daughter; I’m sitting with my Little Auntie!” Su Chenfei said, squeezing past Liu Hui.
No sooner had he arrived at the seat, still standing, he heard Mianmian’s soft reproach: “Seventh grandchild, don’t come over here, Youyou is scared of you. Be good and sit over there, okay?”
As she spoke, her little hand pushed Su Chenfei, that protective force for her friend palpable enough to chill Su Chenfei to the core.
“Little Auntie, you don’t want me anymore?” His voice started to choke up at the end, and his eyes turned red, looking like he was about to cry.
The staff recording the behind-the-scenes footage were stunned, disbelievingly glancing between the camera and Su Chenfei, unable to believe that the publicly reviled playboy could behave like this.
Was it just about not being able to sit together? He looked like a child who had been wronged. The issue was a matter of seniority, not age; why can’t he be as sensible as a child?
Su Chenfei truly felt wronged.
His amazing Little Auntie, who he hadn’t had enough time with, suddenly ran off with another little girl, and he had been looking forward to the plane ride for so long. He had even thought out all the poses for taking photos, and now it had come to this?
The collapse of an adult can happen in an instant; Su Chenfei’s eyes, wet with unshed tears, were about to start crying. Good-looking to begin with and with fair skin, he actually looked rather attractive with wet, puppy-dog eyes.
[No way? Su Chenfei actually crying? Isn’t it just because he can’t sit with Su Mianmian?]
[I’m dying of laughter, hahaha, it’s my first time seeing Su Chenfei cry. He didn’t even cry when the anti-fans threw rotten eggs at him in a report before.]
[Oh no, Su Chenfei is kinda cute.]
Not only the audience was surprised, Mianmian was shocked as well.
Is this, this, this how an adult behaves? Cry over the smallest things, crying golden tears!
Some of the adults present showed their teeth in amusement, and following Su Chenfei’s cue, they coaxed: “Oh my, Little Auntie, I think your big grandchild is genuinely upset, why don’t you let him sit with you?”
The speaker was an elderly grandmother with grizzled hair and reading glasses, her face kind and gentle.
Mianmian turned to consult with Youyou beside her: “Youyou, my grandchild is crying, so let’s have him sit with us, okay?”
Gu Youyou looked at the teary-eyed Su Chenfei, felt that this adult wasn’t very scary after all, like a child really.
She nodded and said to Mianmian, “Okay, let your grandchild sit with us.”
With the children having decided, Liu Hui had no choice but to sit on the aisle side next to the chatty grandmother.
She found it quite amusing herself.
When Su Chenfei had just debuted, it so happened that he was in the same crew with her. She played a villain in that production, and had many scenes opposite Su Chenfei.
Su Chenfei was new to the industry, a pleasant young man always willing to ask for advice and quick to learn; Liu Hui enjoyed teaching him.
She had a good impression of Su Chenfei, but after the production wrapped up, the next thing she heard about him was that he had inexplicably slapped a XiaoHua on the crew.
XiaoHua hadn’t made any mistakes that day, just had subpar acting skills, yet Su Chenfei did that.
After hearing about it, Liu Hui thought Su Chenfei was overreacting. During an event, when Su Chenfei greeted her, she took him aside to a quiet place to talk to him about maintaining a good public image.
Su Chenfei, upon hearing she was going to speak for Xiaohua, clearly became furious, his voice rising loudly as he asked, “What do you know? Just because I call you sister, do you think you’re really my sister? That woman…”
At that moment, Qin Tao came over and said a few words to mediate, pulling Su Chenfei away.
Liu Hui felt at the time that there was something off about Qin Tao, as if he had been hiding nearby. How else could his appearance have been so timely?
That very night, paparazzi reported that she and Su Chenfei had argued, with photos and a video posted online, praising Liu Hui as a movie queen of impeccable morals. In their words, Su Chenfei was made out to be worthless.
Afterwards, Su Chenfei didn’t want anything to do with her and even deleted her contact information.
Thinking back on these old events, Liu Hui glanced again at Su Chenfei, who was now seated, beaming with joy, and sighed.
In the Entertainment Circle, how many coincidences could there be? Back then, when she approached Su Chenfei for a talk, she did it with the intention of avoiding others, yet they were still caught on camera. Who knew whether it was the paparazzi or someone else?
Later, Liu Hui took the opportunity to warn the badly tainted Su Chenfei to stay away from Qin Tao, but Su Chenfei completely ignored her.
This time on the Variety Show, Qin Tao was there too, and who knew what trouble that would bring.
The flight passed quickly, and after playing together for a while, Mianmian and Youyou leaned back in their seats and fell asleep.
Su Chenfei saw the two little ones’ heads nodding off, slowly sliding down, and carefully picked up Mianmian, seating himself in the middle.
Liu Hui saw this and was just about to pick up her own daughter when she saw Su Chenfei lower the armrest in the middle seat and gently pull her daughter into his embrace.
He then asked the flight attendant for help with fastening seat belts and covering them with little blankets.
His tone was polite, and his expression tender; where was the domineering Seventh Son of the Su family that the internet spoke of?
Liu Hui smiled unconsciously, reassured and remained still.
[Wow, Su Chenfei is so gentle, he would definitely be a good dad if he had kids.]
[My opinion has changed, someone who is gentle with children can’t be a bad person.]
[Su Chenfei must be putting on an act; there was a time before in the crew when he scolded a child actor.]
Qin Tao was paying attention to Su Chenfei but even more so to the crew members. He noticed the camera was constantly aimed at Su Chenfei and frowned.
After a while, he relaxed.
After all, the little devil would absorb all the bad luck for him; for many years, he had never made a mistake. It was just that he couldn’t see the little devil during the day and could only meet it at night.
Perhaps Su Chenfei had already run into bad luck during the live broadcast in the morning?
Once they arrived at the scene, Su Chenfei was bound to encounter more problems. All he needed to do was wait and watch!
Under Qin Tao’s malevolent anticipation, the plane finally landed at the town’s airport.
Here, they boarded the program crew’s bus, waiting for two other groups of guests to set off together.
On the bus, the live-stream was turned on again.
“Welcome, everyone, just wait a bit longer; we still have one pair of guests from the Entertainment Circle and civilians who haven’t arrived.”
The Director of “Cute Baby’s Daily Life” was also sitting on the bus.
He wore a yellow straw hat with a summer outfit, a classic farmer’s attire, exuding a strong rural vibe.
Mianmian saw it and felt particularly fond of it.
In the mountains, when someone in the family cultivated the fields, they would wear such yellow straw hats.
She took Youyou by the hand and approached the Director, “Uncle, this hat suits you so well.”
The Director, seeing Mianmian taking the initiative to come closer and knowing that this Little Bun was no simple child, slyly smiled and teased, “I dare not accept the title uncle from Little Auntie, if we’re talking seniority, I should call you ‘big brother’ as the dad of the seventh grandchild, or maybe I should be your little nephew?
Mianmian, holding Youyou’s hand, released it upon hearing this and reached for her bag.
She didn’t mind gaining an extra nephew in the least and nodded quite seriously, “Sure, little nephew, Auntie will give you a gift for our meeting.”
The Director chuckled, “Really? Little Auntie, what meeting gift will you give me?”
He was just teasing the child and didn’t expect Mianmian to actually present any gift. The gifts Mianmian had given the other children before, although special, were still children’s toys, which he, as an adult, could easily refuse.
