Chaos Evolution: Only I Was Granted 3 Wishes-Chapter 283: Engineering!
After the battle against Angodi, Draco was forced to go back and bring back the unconscious deva and their chosen ones.
The appearance of the supreme monarch was unforeseen, but it was a person of high importance they were against and not anybody.
This also made Draco understand what he needed to do in order to walk even closer towards his goal, and that was to power up outwardly.
Something he had somewhat failed to take into account was that he wasn't a one-man army; he could be, but he had many subordinates behind him.
The reason he had only somewhat failed to remember and not fully was because those same subordinates were the cream of the crop, being only weaker than him in the same realm and some of the strongest individuals within their own.
But aside from physical strength, Draco didn't have much to show otherwise. He had storages of artifacts he didn't use and many deadly weapons he created that had yet to be shown to the world, and the possibilities were endless; he had just yet to demonstrate them.
That was because aside from his own strength, he needed actual equipment, something like spaceships and such that would allow him to completely destory his enemies in every single field.
From strength to wisdom, he wanted to bet them in every aspect.
And that is why he was going to focus on engineering.
He was going to bring out the big guns he had been hiding and actually allow the smarts of his own subordinates to not only benefit them but all of their partners.
Draco was no longer in a rush, as he knew he had the upper hand. The World Celetials were not going to move first, and that was obvious, but from now on, they wouldn't even be able to send their subodrinates to handle him, as they know he is much stronger than all of them.
Thus, Draco will use the time he has and the duration that the world celestials will definitely not guess that he needed to become a world celestial himself to develop the other dormant fields.
He was now not only going to use the geniuses who had ruled the great realm of Hestia with their might, the geniuses who were teleported from their world over to this haven of opportunities, but also those who, instead of going out to experience the world, hid themselves away to make wonders of their own.
There were many such cases. If the haughty and arrogant ones who started taking the path of strength in order to become mightier managed to become part of Draco's team and were showing great results, then the truly talented who were working in the darkness were going to be better.
It was always a known fact that the best people aren't those shown to the public but those who are unknown to all.
In modern worlds, the ruling families are almost nonexistent in all fields of information, and even the richest persons known aren't actually the richest but just what the public shows.
This same rule applied to the wider world.
On one corner of Hestia there was an empire ruled by a great king, a king who had ascended and left behind his progeny to complete his job.
One of the facts only known by the imperial family, or in more detail, the ruling emperor, was that the founder emperor wouldn't have reached this position had he not been helped by his best friend and benefactor, the actual great individual who was hiding in the myriad mountains surrounding the empire.
Whenever problems that were bigger than the empire showed themselves, this benefactor would show some magical technique that would disperse them as if they were never there.
Now most of these geniuses who had equivalent strengths had ascended, but there were some enigmas, some small minority who had escaped the radar... or so they thought.
When Draco was choosing who to ascend, he had of course come across the truly talented who were either too weak to ascend, too great to ascend, or, in the best case, not needing to ascend.
He wasn't planning on creating anything too powerful, such as spaceships, as the system had it, and it was even more so the case when he got access to the higher-dimensional store.
But, after careful considerations, it was wiser for him to make his own than to buy them.
This decision had a bigger impact.

It had the power to bring out one of Draco's trump cards, which was dormant in Portalia, the scientist who had reformed the small race that was the Gomen and made them into the leading race, the mentor of Palkus and father of his sister.
Draco's mind. It was time for this individual to leave the small place that was Portalia and move on to the greater realm, which is, of course, Hestia.
Once again, the reason Portalia was needed was because it was the planet Draco was going to use to become a world celestial, and the reason there was no other choice was because Portalia was almost fully part of Draco.
It is known that Draco is the actual owner of Portalia, and with the effect of the previously small part of Portalia which was the Great Cursed Forest, which had the ability of extending its reaches to the parts of the world its owner has conquered...
Draco's had officially completely conquered every nook and cranny of Portalia with the help of Palkus.
Thus, although the process of becoming a world celestial consumes a large amount of resources and time, Draco would do it in record time because of his previous feats.
This was all... to conquer the galaxy.
This was all... to reach the higher grounds.
This was all... To reach further greatness.
Draco wouldn't rest easy until he does so, and once he does, he wouldn't stop there, no!
Once he had conquered the galaxy, it would be time to conquer the wider universe!
