Chapter 13: The fall of the lower tribes.

Duchess Niloufar Bahar Pictures

"Tuke, wake up, no sleeping," an Orc said, slapping his friend's head. "Why not Daku? Nothing is going to happen. I stayed up late and enjoyed the little girl I got while raiding Wavecrest." The Orc said, licking his lips as he remembered the little girl. His friend clicked his tongue, "Why do you take young girls who can't bear children? You waste the tribes food." His friend said he had no understanding of his friend's taste. Tuke gave a wide grin before replying.

"They scream the best, don't you know? Plus, they are super tight around—" a hand covered his mouth. BE QUIET!" his friend yelled. "Do you hear that?" What was that sound? "Does it sound like a lot of chop-chop sounds echoing through the forest to you, Tuke?" Looking out at the forest from the ten-foot wall, the trees were taller, staring.

The forest started to sway, the leaves moving in the wind as the sound became louder. "Tuke, go tell t-" as Daku was about to finish, thirty-odd boxes like things flew out from above the forest. "SOUND THE ALA-" As Daku yelled, a sound like he had never heard as he saw five of the smaller box-like objects had smoke leave from their sides, and the next moment, Orcs on the wall screamed in pain as fire erupted on the wall.

"TUKE JUM-" Daku tried to yell at his friend, who was in shock as he jumped off the wall. As he looked back, an explosion of fire engulfed his friend. Those five smaller flying box things flew past the wall and turned around, and a fearful sound echoed in the village as metal started to fall from the sky. The Orcs on the wall still, and the Orcs guarding the gate began to bleed from their bodies.

Daku didn't know what to do, frozen in place, watching his tribesmen fall one after another. Then he looked up, seeing one float looking at him. The next minute, he couldn't see or feel anything anymore.

On a Black Hawk leaving New Rome.

"The eastern wall is cleared out. Begin Air Assault operations." Said a pilot as I listened on the headset. "Southern wall cleared out. Begin Air Assault operations." I smiled as I made my way to the lower tribe village closer to Wavecrest Kingdom. I have picked that one to turn into an FOB as the next step for me after the Great Forest is getting a few Port cities. That would be okay if they were kind enough to hand some over without a fight. But if not, I will have to take them all. "Emperor, we will get there in 50 minutes." The pilot said as I leaned back into the seat.

Back at the lower tribe.

"First Squad dismounted, picking up a defensive position 25 meters from the gate!" I called an SSG over the radio as two more squads landed on the wall, with the last one landing behind the first squad. It rushed to open the gates before calling out, "Eastern Gate open! I repeat, Eastern Gate open!" As a wave of Chinooks started to land 50 meters outside the wall.

"Listen Up, Marines! The Army will not outdo us; we will make General Patton proud, bring honor to the Marines, and show the Emperor that we are better than the Rangers! Do you understand!" Lieutenant Colonel Evert yelled out.

"OO-RAH!" The forty or so Marines yelled as Lt. Col. Evert dismounted the Chinook, followed by his men. The Marines pushed into the village and started to clear out the tents close to the gates before meeting a force of 500 orcs charging them only to be mowed down by gun fire it was a surgical clearing operation as they had the army help withdraw the civilian women bringing them out of the village and to load up in the Chinook that dropped off the waves of Marines with in the forty minutes they had the Chiefs tent surrounded as the stood by making the Orcs wonder why they stopped attacking.

A woman with a veil looked out in tears as she saw the Orcs dead on the ground all around the village. "Goddess Alune, you have answered my prayers." She kneeled next to other women, crying tears of joy as if they wouldn't have to suffer anymore. Still, the sound that rocked the village stopped making them wonder what was happening until a single flying box hovered above an opening before landing. A man with four others walked out. He was dressed differently and had pulled something out of his pocket, put it inside his mouth, and lit a fire on it.

They watched as the humans showed this man respect; they could tell he was their leader. The veiled woman watched, looking at the man who made her wish come true. "Goddess Alune, you sent this man to me in my time of need. Am I to help him from now on? Is that your wish, and why did you answer my prayers?" She looked at the man, a male who stood tall and proud, overflowing with the aura of a ruler.

"Very well, Goddess Alune. I will give my everything to help this man." She prayed to her Goddess as she kept watching.

Stepping out from my men, an older Orc stepped forward. "I challenge you to combat, human!" He yelled, making me laugh. "Why should I do that? You have lost the war, and there isn't a point in your honor by combat; that is a pathetic mentality. Honor doesn't win wars. They are won by carnage and death; I can never understand this fantasy-like idea that two men must beat their chests at one another before killing each other. It screams little dick energy to me." I said before pulling out my M9 and shooting him in the head as the rest opened fire on the rest, killing them.

"Your Emperor, the other Lower Tribe has fallen!" Lt. Jefferson walked next to me as I nodded. "Lt.Col Evert, kill all the children; don't let one escape," I said, making the Marine smile and salute as I walked up the stairs leading into the massive tent. As I walked in, I noticed a group of tan women next to each other, but only one had a veil on her face. Her emerald green eyes caught my attention.

I started to walk around until I noticed a sand table on the floor. "Lt. Jefferson, call some Marine officers to take pictures of this sand table. It looks like the Great Forest with the placement of villages. This will help us from now on," I said, looking at the sand table, as he sent two of the guards to call a handful of officers.

"Emperor, look at this!" one of my guards yelled, making the girls look at me and back at the one who yelled. Walking over, the Ranger handed me a big map. It had names I knew and ones I didn't. "Good work, Pvt Johnson," I said, making him salute me and smile. At that time, ten Marine officers walked in and saluted me, "I want you all to take pictures of this sand table style floor map and take this and any other books in this tent. This place has way more intel than the other villages, and pass it on to the other village that we have taken to bring all the books, maps, and anything that looks important for the TOC to go through." I said, and they saluted as they got to work.

Looking towards the women and focusing on one of them, I started to walk towards them, making most of them lower their heads, but one only lowered it half as low. She had a better understanding of hierarchy than the others; she screamed nobility to me.

Squatting down and lifting her face, undoing the veil, "What is your name, noble woman?"

She smiled as she spoke, "I am Duchess Niloufar Bahar, from the Wavecrest Kingdom, Emperor," finishing and giving me a bow.
