Aiko sipped her tea without talking any more. She was slightly upset with Fang Jie and her attitude.

"Anyway, my daughter will definitely learn a lot from you." Fang Jie believed that it would be a good thing even if the final outcome might be bad.

"That goes both ways." Meanwhile, Aiko believed that Fang Jie spoke about experience in Forging and other things.

"I'm glad we understand each other." Fang Jie smiled.

"En." Aiko smiled back.

In fact, they did not understand each other...

...

Aiko walked around the flying ship with Fang Jie. She was being explained what each individual part did.

"Why are you telling me all this?" Aiko narrowed her eyes.

"Because it would be fun to see someone build their own flying ship." Fang Jie believed that Aiko would have some interesting insight into things.

"But I don't know where to get Floating Stones." Aiko sighed.

"That will solve itself one day, just keep this information in mind and ponder on it." Fang Jie chuckled.

"But I already have plenty of work to do. I gotta finish all Massage Chairs and all that." Aiko groaned unhappily.

"Massage Chairs?" Fang Jie perked her ears.

"Yeah." Aiko nodded slowly. "There are things that massage your body, and thanks to Inscriptions and other things, they can relieve your body of stagnant Qi." She advertised her things, but she then realised that Fang Jie would never be able to visit her.

Aiko clicked her tongue, but paused.

'What if I open my own Pavilion?' Aiko raised her eyebrow. That was not a bad idea, but it would cost a lot, not to mention the management...

'My Ghosts.' Aiko once again narrowed her eyes, but she quickly dismissed that thought. 'They need to first grow stronger.' She didn't believe that the Ghosts would be able to stay away from the Lamp without them degrading or vanishing.

'It seems like the Moon can produce quantities of Ghost Qi, which allows the Lamp to fill up...' Aiko pondered on this.

"Say..." Aiko nudged Fang Jie.

"What is it?" Fang Jie tilted her head.

"You wouldn't happen to know of a way to create a floating island, right?" Aiko blinked at her innocently, but Fang Jie recoiled.

"Why are you asking that?" Fang Jie was on guard, since that kind of thing can be easily used as a weapon.

"It's a bother to build a business on the ground, since you can't move it." Aiko sighed.

Fang Jie blinked like she had just heard something outrageous. "What...?" She thought that she hadn't heard right. 'Floating business? Who would do that?!'

"Floating business, floating house, floating building that allows people to visit it." Aiko tried to explain it in different words.

"No, I understood it the first time, but why would you want that?" Fang Jie was confused.

"Hmmmm..." Aiko paused. "Because Massage Chairs can't work forever. You have to maintain them, but my range of movement will decrease if the building/business is rooted to the ground." Aiko shook her head.

"Oh..." Fang Jie nodded. She understood that kind of thing, since most managers were those who had their Cultivation stuck and could not progress.

That way, they could dedicate their lives to managing and fixing the business, and the owner would only come back once in a while to check up on it.

'There are no Treasure-based businesses, since things often break and it's hard to earn money from them.' Fang Jie thought that Aiko would be losing money if she set up something like that, but she didn't voice her opinion.

There were businesses that sold Treasures, but not many that would let you use their Treasures.

Heavenly Cultivation Pavilion was one of them, but that one only lent you their room with cultivation mats and pillows, so that you could cultivate in peace. It was low maintenance, but it could not be said that those cultivation mats or pillows were of high quality...

"There are no obvious ways to keep floating islands, as the Floating Stone would have to be massive. After all, Earth is heavier than wood." Fang Jie chuckled at Aiko's expression.

"Fair, anyway. Fang Jia wants me to meet both mothers, but one of them is a Patriarch? How does that work?" Aiko asked her.

Fang Jie was surprised that her daughter would tell her this, but she didn't mind as much.

'The Patriarch was interested in the Cauldron, but she is more worried about Fang Jia, now that she has been accepted into the family.' Fang Jie found that tsundere attitude quite cute, as long as she didn't overdo it.

"It's to keep potential suitors away, and female ones you can easily dismiss." Fang Jie briefly explained.

"I don't understand." Aiko shook her head.

"The male to female ratio when it comes to Cultivation is around 80/20-70/30, the minority obviously being women. As such, you would get fewer proposals if you were a man rather than a woman." Fang Jie explained.

"Ohhhhhh." Aiko nodded, understanding the meaning now. 'Instead of a dozen letters, you would get only a few.'

She found that quite laughable, but she believed she would get to that point one day.

'It's not a bad strategy, since men are more favoured.' Aiko saw how Humans treated females.

Most females would end up as vases or trophies, like the Saintesses.

They had no say in what their partner would be like or how they would look.

Sects were not interested in that, they were only interested in the power that the Saintess could give them.

As such, there was distinct animosity between the groups.

Of course, Beasts were quite different as they would fight over their partner, and the strongest one would take the place, but the females could still reject them.

Unlike Humans, which still could have children (albeit the chance was incredibly low), Beasts did not have that same pleasure. They were pretty much impotent the moment they acquired their Beast Cores.

That was made by Heaven's Way in order to limit the extinction of Humans.

That didn't mean the Beasts were at a disadvantage, as they were many in numbers and lived in much more dangerous environments, making them a lot stronger than Humans.

Beasts had to be cautious and on guard almost all the time; as such, that kind of thing became a natural state of being.

Humans had to focus in order to be on guard, depleting their mental capabilities in the process.

Each 'faction' had its positives and negatives, one wasn't above the other, but everyone agreed that Heaven was more lenient towards Humans.

Aiko had no interest in ruling over either group, since that would take too much of her time and limit her freedom.

Even her own faction will be managed by others, since she believed the most important thing was to get stronger.

That means she couldn't be slowed down by internal affairs.

'Rules will be set that would benefit those who obey them.' Aiko licked her lips.

"..." Fang Jie didn't talk all that much for quite some time.

...

"You can recreate the floating island on water." Fang Jie suddenly spoke to Aiko.

"Huh?" Aiko blinked. "But doesn't everyone make a big deal out of the sea/ocean?" She was confused.

"Certainly." Fang Jie nodded. "But if you can Cultivate a Beast into a high enough Stage... They can fly in the air." She wouldn't normally say this, but she felt that Aiko would be capable of doing something like that.

"Ah!" Aiko's eyes shot open as she had already made a mental note about it.

"Oh, right." She suddenly noticed one of her notes.

"What?" Fang Jie paused.

"How do you feel about the other Princesses?" Aiko asked her cautiously.

"Most of them I don't like, since they were affected too much by their mothers. They also tried to bully my daughter, although they failed on that part." Fang Jie openly showed her hostility.

"Oh, true. Poisoned food is no joke." Aiko nodded in agreement.

"What? Poisoned food?" Fang Jie looked surprised.

"Yeah. I played with the Prin- your daughter a game about throwing all the poisoned food on the ground." Aiko chuckled, remembering that time.

"I didn't know about that..." Fang Jie frowned. If she knew that, she would immediately kidnap her own daughter, so that she could be safe.

"She dealt with it really well." Aiko would throw praise into the mix so that Fang Jia wouldn't be too scolded by her mother.

"You don't have to take her side." Fang Jie rolled her eyes.

"I'm not. I'm just telling the truth." Aiko shrugged. "So a floating island, something like a turtle would do, right?" She asked her.

"That would be a far stretch, since most Beasts wouldn't allow you to do that to them." Fang Jie sighed. "Moreover, if you have unruly customers, they can injure that turtle." She shook her head.

"Ah, right." Aiko nodded. "Which means I will set up rules and let the Jade Fox set up the Arrays, so that we can punish them. There will still be issues with high Stage Cultivators, but if they come, they might as well die." She shrugged like it was not a big deal.

"You are taking this way too easily." Fang Jie shook her head.

"True." Aiko agreed on that part. She was taking it easily, but that was because she was confident.

'If we don't do just one business, but multiple, then we can have Old Ming guard it.' Aiko smirked mischievously.

"You are plotting something, just exclude my daughter from it." Fang Jie felt some apprehension when it came to Aiko's business.

"Eh, sure." Aiko shrugged like she never intended to use Fang Jia.

"Anyway, I will let your daughter meet someone special, but you are not allowed to talk about her." Aiko gave a warning sign to Fang Jie.

"If they are to be kept secret, then they shouldn't meet my daughter." Fang Jie immediately declined that motion.

"It won't hurt your daughter if you don't say, and I'm telling you this, but I don't intend to stop. I would just exclude you from the meeting." Aiko shrugged like she didn't need Fang Jie to attend that meeting.

"And you believe that I would allow that?" Fang Jie gave a stern glare.

"Eh, it's not like you can stop me, after all, your daughter brought me here, and it would be weird if I vanished." Aiko chuckled darkly. They couldn't really threaten her, especially since she had a lot of things in her arsenal.

Fang Jie frowned. "You are going too far."

"Eh." Aiko shrugged. She would allow the sisters to meet. Whether it would be a happy meeting or not was not up to her, but to the sisters.

Did they have animosity or not? Aiko didn't know, she would just be the mediator in their meeting so that they wouldn't try to kill each other.
