How did this end up here?”

A bit puzzled, Feng Yuan handed the umbrella to the Dreaming Dragon Baby that had followed him out and said,

“Hold this for me.”

The Dreaming Dragon Baby, looking bewildered, wrapped its tail around the handle of the umbrella to hold it up for Feng Yuan.

After carefully examining the Traveler’s Owl, Feng Yuan stood up, took the umbrella from the tail of the Dreaming Dragon Baby, sighed, and after comparing the size of the Dreaming Dragon Baby to the Traveler’s Owl said,

“You can’t carry it, can you?”

“Ao?!”

The Dreaming Dragon Baby looked at the immensely large Traveler’s Owl, shook its head frantically and floated behind Feng Yuan to hide.

Feng Yuan shook his head, bent down to try and pick up the Traveler’s Owl, and suddenly remembering something, took out his cell phone from his pocket and handed it to Xiao Ji, saying,

“Hold this for me.

Don’t get it wet.”

“Ji~”

“Dreaming Dragon Baby~ come here for a moment~”

“Ao?”

“Help me hold the umbrella~”

“Ao…”

The Dreaming Dragon Baby, grudgingly extending its tail to grab the umbrella from Feng Yuan’s hand, glared at Feng Yuan and snorted a few puffs of white air from its nostrils.

As Feng Yuan bent down to pick up the Traveler’s Owl, he said,

While Feng Yuan was helping to clean the Traveler’s Owl with warm water, the sound of the door opening echoed through the dorm.

Feng Yuan shouted to the person outside,

“Qi Chen, help me ask Teacher Yan for leave!”

“What’s wrong with you again?”

“Nothing serious, may be a bit late for class.”

“Why are you taking a shower so early in the morning?”

Feng Yuan casually opened the door and, upon seeing Feng Yuan wearing only underwear and washing the Traveler’s Owl, Qi Chen rubbed his temples and said resignedly,

“Have you gone and picked up another owl?”

“It was out by the grove, I don’t know what happened, but it was collapsed there.”

“So, you’re planning to bring it to Teacher Orlina?”

“Yeah.”

“Okay, I’ll let Teacher Yan know, but you better hurry up and finish.”

“Alright~”

After closing the door, Feng Yuan continued to clean the Traveler’s Owl.

When he finally managed to dry its feathers and saw that it was still unconscious, Feng Yuan sighed, walked over to the table, snatched the bag of candy, and looking at the almost empty bag, he scolded the two little creatures, saying,

“You two, didn’t I tell you to only eat a little?”

Are you guys coming with me?”

The Dreaming Dragon Baby floated up to the top bunk and poked its head out to glance at Feng Yuan, while Najia waved her hand at Feng Yuan and shook her head.

Feng Yuan picked up Xiao Ji and placed it on his head, saying

“Okay, then you guys rest in the dorm.

After a while, she looked at the owl’s examination report with surprise and said

“Isn’t this guy the legendary owl from the tales?”

“The legendary owl?”

Taking a blood sample, Feng Yuan turned with some confusion to look at Orlina, who hesitated for a moment before tossing the report to him, saying

“Take a look for yourself.

I believe you’ll understand.”

After scanning the report, Feng Yuan said with a puzzled tone,

“No signs of attack?

Then how did it faint?”

“Bumped into a tree, maybe…”

Orlina turned her head and glanced at the owl, whose face was tinged with red, and pointed to her forehead, saying

“It seems it really is that owl.”

You were faking a faint?”
