Cedric had his clone retreat from that place for now...

The further away he was from that unique womb, the better. At least this way, he wouldn't provoke it accidentally.

Now, the clone was back at the outskirts of the void, existing in the same black and white area and staying put to think.

'That womb is stationary.' He thought to himself, 'No matter what, it'll stay there like a permanent scar.'

'Sealing it may be possible...but that needs to be planned carefully. And even if it could, it should be fast, and the seal must be extremely sturdy; otherwise, it would just break out and cause major problems.'

'So long as we seal that particular tomb properly, the rest would be easy. We can go directly to the other womb, destroy it, and permanently cripple the population of the void creatures. So long as we continue killing them after that, they'd become extinct, and they would never be a problem again.'

'But of course, we can't truly rest until the main consciousness of the void is eliminated.'

'So long as it's around, it'll never be over.'

'But to eliminate it means that we'd have to go to where it resides, and it's practically invincible there, so how can it be solved? '

'Hmm, I need more time and information.'

'For now, I'll have this clone stay here and continue investigating. I'll see if there are other 'wombs' around, just in case. The void cannot be underestimated, after all'.

Coming up to this decision, Cedric controlled his second clone to continue moving around. He planned on letting it investigate every corner of the void, just to be thorough.

While it does that, Cedric's first clone began writing reports to share with the team. The information he collected so far would prove to be useful for their future plans.

As for the main body, he's started on deducing a seal that would lock away that womb. Only the main body can do this because he has many thought chambers working together to speed up the process. But even so, deducing a seal like this might take a while.

This seal must be able to restrict an entity older than the Primordial Chaos, after all. It must transcend anything that has ever been known about seals to even qualify for that.

And even then, it would just be a temporary solution. They still need to think of a way to truly deal with the main consciousness of the void; otherwise, everything would just be useless.

Years passed by quickly, and everybody's lives continued moving forward...

Solaris Prime continues to flourish under Godwyn's lead. Humanity continues to explore new frontiers and make great strides forward to improve their civilization.

As their population continued to grow explosively, so too did their prosperity. By now, all ten planets humanity had colonized had been optimized to their full extent.

Humans continue to grow in popularity in the alliance. In the recent update, they officially entered the 198th rank on the popularity list. This was due to the stellar reputations their business chains held. Humanity's 'Culinary Arts' was a huge hit to the alliance.

There had been others who tried to secretly replicate or even outright steal their ways, but no matter what they did, it always resulted in failure. They just seem incapable of making the same food as humans could. That's why they remain the sole creatures who can take advantage of this.

Because of their recent growth, Solaris Prime has moved into the Inner Circle of the alliance. The relocation happened recently and was personally done by Cedric himself to ensure everything was stable. With his strength, it's pretty much impossible for him to make a mistake, so there was nothing to worry about.

In the end, Godwyn decided to rely on his efforts instead of shamelessly taking advantage of his father's prestige to do this. It's not that he's ungrateful or anything; he just thinks that it's more meaningful for him and humanity in general if they could achieve this through their collective effort instead of riding on his coattails.

With Solaris Prime moving deeper into the alliance, they were once again exposed to a better environment. The closer they were to the core of the alliance, the more prosperous it was.

Everyone felt the changes this time. The way everything just became much better after they moved could clearly be perceived even by ordinary civilians.

Being exposed to this environment was already beneficial to them, and it would only continue to be better as time goes on.

But of course, not everybody was happy about humanity's developments...

In particular, other races that had been gunning for the same honor and reward were unconvinced and angry, especially because, in their perspective, humanity came out of nowhere, pushed them aside, and cut them off the line.

There were three races who were offended; the first one was called the 'Sky Roc Clan,' distant descendants of the Primal Beast Race known for their relatively bold attitude. Their conflict wasn't too deep; they're just unconvinced that humanity pushed them down to the 199th spot on the popularity list.

The second and third parties must be mentioned together because they're somehow connected. They're the Infernal Race and the Savage Race.

The world of the Infernals was actually a massive volcano, and they are creatures born from its depths. The Savage Race are a bunch of reckless and hostile creatures whose way of living revolves around violence.

These two races were originally competing for the 199th place on the list. They're not really that popular, just strong.

This tie wasn't a good thing for them because the Divine Council won't permit both of their races to be moved into the Inner Circle.

Two races being tied in the same ranking wasn't really rare; it has happened a couple of times in the past before. But since only one race can occupy the rank and be moved to the Inner Circle, what they have to do is clear.

Of course they fought; what else is there for them to discuss? Both of these races were hot-headed and competitive creatures; the last thing they were afraid of was confrontation.

What's funny is that the war between these two had been going on for more than 100 years at this point. Them being at the same level makes sense now given how they're seemingly even, strength-wise.

The stalemate was broken when humans came, though, because out of nowhere, they appeared and sat above them, occupying the 198th rank on the list, pushing the Sky Roc Clan to the 199th spot, and them to the 200th, a move none of them saw coming.

Moreover, they were moved pretty much instantly to the Inner Circle, before anybody could intercept or make things difficult for them. It's like they saw their plans ahead of time.

Due to humanity's appearance, both the Infernals and the Savages called for a truce. They also contacted the Sky Roc Clan to include them in the mix, all to measure humanity's bearings and hopefully drag them down.

Soon, a meticulous plot was hatched...well, as meticulous as it could for creatures like them.

Their move was to challenge humanity to a four-way, round-robin racial battle to re-determine their qualifications. Their plan was to corner humanity and force them to show their weakness.

However, to their surprise, humanity boldly accepted their invitation. And it would seem that they were in a hurry because they scheduled the war merely one week after they accepted the invitation.

Then, in a move that surprised everybody, Humanity only sent three people for the war. One for each race to deal with.

The alliance was stunned at humanity's audacity, and it had completely provoked the three races because they interpreted this as humans deliberately looking down on them.

But soon they discovered that it wasn't arrogance...

Godwyn marched into the war with the Sky Roc Clan and shot millions of arrows, all locked into the life signals of every single Sky Roc there was. Each arrow didn't kill them outright, just stopping inches from their head, and no matter how fast they moved or escaped, they couldn't shake it off.

He told them that if they don't surrender before the day ends, that arrow will kill every single one of them, wiping them off the face of existence entirely.

Gilderoy went to the world of Savages and threw a single vial of poison that paralyzed all of them save their cubs. And just like Godwyn, he told them that if they don't surrender before the day ends, he would throw another poison that will kill every single one of them.

Gerald was more straightforward. He froze the volcano world of the Infernals in a matter of seconds. And without the heat, the Infernals were weakened severely. He too gave the same conditions to them.

And so, in a surprising, overbearing, and frightening manner, humans won the racial battle in mere hours, proving that they're not to be messed with.

Their victory was so swift and decisive that even humans themselves were shocked. After all, they were expecting a difficult struggle for this.

But of course, others don't have to know that. They won, and that's all that matters.
