Their eyes connected, and Bai Qianhua’s face twitched slightly.

"Come seat and have a chat! Butler, some tea for our guests!" Lu Anting called.

Bai Qianhua nodded politely and sat down beside Qin Zhuzhu even though she couldn’t stand her presence. But she needed to pretend to be the good one here or else she might lose.

Wei Susu could feel the negative energy between them. Lu Anting seemed not to notice anything. Wei Susu started chatting and her mother, her life and how she met Lu Anting.

"Miss Bai’s design is actually more suitable for the wedding. I have never seen anyone wear a pink wedding dress before. It might bring criticism to Brother Li’s company and negative image," Lu Anting poured some tea for Wei Susu.

"Really? In that case, how about Bai Qianhua’s design?" Wei Susu sipped the tea.

"Don’t let my words change your decision. This wedding is about you. I wanted to make you feel special. Don’t bother about those negative things. I’m just simply overthinking things. I’m sure brother Li can handle it. If you really want the pink one, let’s go with that. I’ve never worn pink clothes before. It might make me look more handsome!" Lu Anting was supportive of everything Wei Susu does. He didn’t want her to listen to him like a robot.

Wei Susu was having a hard time making a decision.

"Don’t let personal judgement cloud your original ideas," Lu Anting added.

Earlier on, Wei Susu’s assistant Chang Ting, sent a message to him about the encounter between Bai Qianhua and Qin Zhuzhu.

Wei Susu was a kind and understand girl, Lu Anting knew her well. She can differentiate right from wrong, and hated mixing with bad people. Maybe it was the enemity between the them was affecting her decision.

"They are having a competition between them?" Wei Susu sounded surprised.

So Lu Anting told her about the details of the competition. No wonder both women seemed to have grudges against each other, especially that Qin Zhuzhu.

Lu Anting knew that his fiancée was kind-hearted by nature and tend to think a lot.
