Song Zhixiu first bowed to Bai Zhongqi and briefly outlined the agenda for the day. Bai Zhongqi did not speak much but nodded, signaling him to proceed with the meeting’s agenda.

“Representatives, the first item on our agenda today is to perfect the strategic early warning systems of various civilizations and Administrative Stars. The people of Iridium Star generally possess a strong self-confidence, but the same could not be said for the people of other civilizations.
