When the world tree was scattered throughout the world, it’s tiny fragments combined together, which resulted in the birth of so many world trees that are found around the different parts of this universe.

And one of which is before me.

This is just a tiny fragment of the world tree.

Even the reason why it is connected with my cores, sucking my spirit mana and demonic mana is because this is trying to get back to being one again.

A world has every energy inside it, the one in the Elven realm is born from the mana, there are also world tree born from the demonic mana which is mostly found in demon realm.

This one is still very little, and doesn’t even have any conscience right now.

But this gives me an idea, if I can gather all the fragments of the world tree and connect it with my domain, then won’t I actually gain the ability to create anything?

Like that of the creator himself?

This thought in itself sounds to stupid but grand at the same time.

The aim is also to reach that realm, have the same feeling I go when I faced creator... that absolute power.

If I can successfully gather all the fragments of the world tree, then I can definitely make that happen.

Without my knowledge a crooked smile formed on my face, cause I know I will not stop at just that.

I wanted everything.

That’s why I say... Greed is good. That’s what makes me keep working more.

Then as if responding to my thoughts, the world tree shook a little.

"Oh, you want to get back to your prime as well?" I asked with a hysterical tone.

I am sure that it understood me, cause this isn’t a normal tree at all, it was slowly developing its conscience.

Hearing me, it shook again.

Of course it wanted to, that was the reason why it scattered itself.

If those morons think that their combined power of friendship was able to destroy the world tree then they are miserably mistaken.

At the end, the world tree scattered itself, so one day it can get back to its peak again.

"Don’t worry, I will help you." I said.

I will gladly do. As for my help, I will be leeching off of the world tree.

There should be many benefits that it holds, right? I need to figure them all out.

I nodded my head, praising myself.

Then opening my eyes, I once again looked at the world tree.

Hmm? Did it grow a little?

Observing it closely, it seems to have grown once again.

But more than that, something else in it caught my eyes.

I narrowed my eyes, trying to get a clear view of it.

Getting closer to the world tree, I finally noticed what it was.

Wait... is that?!!

Before, the world tree only had its upper part, filled with thick green leaves and it’s roots were covering my cores.

But now, it had grown a branch, two branches to be exact. freēwēbηovel.c૦m

With a closer inspection, I saw one of the branch growing with a faint pink colour.

It was giving a familiar feeling to me, a very much familiar feeling.

Is that really?!

"Yes, husband. This is my law." A sweet voice sounded from my side, it wasn’t hard to figure out who it was.

Yes, it was Zixane and the pink colour light that I was seeing was her law.

I didn’t notice it before cause Zixane lives inside me, so it didn’t cross my mind, but now that I see it, there seems more and more mysteries around the world tree.

I felt this after I spend the night with Zixane, her law is right now inside the world tree.

The law of love.

This is the law of Zixane.

"Hey, shake your branches if what I say is correct. If you don’t I won’t mind just ripping you off and buring you right away, with my domain I can make it happen, you know it, right? Shake your branches if you understand." I firmly said to it.

It took a moment, but eventually shook it branches in agreement.

"Good to know that you can feel it. Now, for my first question, are you able to copy the laws of others?" I asked.

If it can indeed copy them, then that would be too much of a surprise for me, cause I know you can only master one law in life no in all the lives that you will ever live. So if it can copy different laws that would be a super gift for me.

And it’s answer?

It didn’t move for a while, almost making me think that it cannot, but as i was about to ask another question, it moved.

"So you can actually copy others law?" I gasped in amazement.

"Isn’t this too much, husband? Will it have any negative effect on you?" Zixane asked worriedly.

I turned to look at her, she was still resting inside my domain, so I didn’t wanted to wake her up unless it was needed.

"Are you alright?" I softly asked her.

She nodded her head meekly and averted my gaze.

Is something wrong with her?

I grabbed her hand and pulled her closer to me, she wasn’t surprised at all, maybe I have done it so many times that she has gotten used to it.

"Look at your husband, wife." I ordered her after seeing that she was still not looking at me.

I understand what happened with her. I did imagined that something like will happen.

"Was it hard? To see me with someone else?" I asked her, trying to make my voice as soft and low as possible.

Even though they say that they are fine with it, I know a woman’s heart will never feel at rest knowing that her husband has some other woman in his life.

There will always be a competition in their mind, trying to surpass others and become precious to her husband.
