Healing System-Chapter 307: Finding A Motel

She dominated him.

Literally.

Lila was so much better with the throwing knives that Michael decided to simply take a stroll around while she killed the monsters.

His pride wasn't affected; it was just the sheer fact that her smug look was always drawn to him.

But at least he found out one thing, and that was the fact that she liked being praised.

At the same time, praising her was a bit bothersome, since she always bragged right after.

Why is she so hard to seduce? Michael grumbled, kicking a small pebble to the side.

Nonetheless, after just a few more moments, she was done practicing, and now, it was time to pick another activity.

However, he was out of ideas.

Whatever he offered her, she didn't like, and whatever she offered him, he somewhat liked.

Basically, they weren't very compatible.

"Lila, did you have fun?" Michael asked warmly. "I saw you twirling those daggers around pretty fiercely despite this not being a competition."

"Eh? Well, even if it's not a competition, there's no reason to hold back." Lila shrugged. "If anything, I think you were holding back for my sake."

"Well... I didn't want you to feel sad when you lost," Michael replied, scratching his chin.

I would've definitely gotten my ass beat even if I tried.

Michael continued. "Anyways, it's getting dark out. Want to watch a movie?"

"A movie? That sounds fun. I can buy some cinema tickets," Lila replied, but he merely shook his head.

"Not cinema. I saw this world also has enough technology for television. Do you want to watch something along those lines?"

"Just the two of us?" Lila muttered, her cheeks slightly reddening. "I don't mind, but you're going to pull something again, aren't you?"

"I might," Michael didn't hide it. "I'll pick a good movie to watch, and I just want to enjoy it with you. Whether I'll pull a move on you—I guess you'll just have to wait and see."

He was definitely going to try something, but whether it would work or not, he wasn't sure.

After all, a movie was nice and all, but he wanted to make her feel special while also giving her a lot of attention during the time they would be watching the movie.

If anything, the least he wanted to do today was to build up some rapport.

Six more days to seduce her, and he had already made decent progress on the first day.

"Okay, let's watch a movie," Lila agreed. "However, I'm picking."

"You are... alright." Michael sighed. "Pick whatever you want, don't mind my preferences."

"Well, I don't know your preferences anyway, so I'll pick a simple action movie." Lila giggled. "I don't have a TV in my headquarters, though..."

"Let's rent out a motel," Michael suggested with a smile. "I saw a few around the city, and we just need to book the topmost floor."

"Why the top?" Lila asked.

Michael shrugged. "The people who go there for sex book the cheapest floors, get it done with, and then just leave. Those near the top have some luxurious sex, so they aren't as loud. I don't want our movie being interrupted by moaning."

"..." Lila stared at him speechlessly before nodding. "Fine, let's go."

With that, she shot into the sky, leaving him behind.

But not for long, as he followed right after her with similar pace.

Of course, since the last time he overtook her, she made sure to use more power, so overtaking her right now, at his current abilities, was impossible.

Despite that, he followed, and after just a few minutes, they arrived back in the city.

There were a couple of skyscrapers, and he soon locked onto one in particular.

"Pleasure Inn... what a fucking name," Michael remarked with a chuckle.

"It's a bit grotesque, but it looks the nicest," Lila added. "I'll pay."

"It's fine, I still have some ores left over," Michael insisted, earning an exhausted nod from her.

"You've been paying with those valuable ores ever since you first arrived. Don't you think it's best to cut it out? You know... other planets value those ores just as much."

"It's fine, I don't mind helping out the poor," Michael replied nobly.

In reality, he couldn't give less of a shit.

Those ores were something he could make in less than 2 seconds, and they'd last for a few weeks—upwards to a month.

Therefore, he would enjoy crashing this world's economy, even if by accident.

Total accident.

Nonetheless, the two floated down and went inside the Pleasure Inn before talking with the receptionist.

Michael merely mentioned the basics of a room, but he wanted one on the topmost floor, which earned an amused look from the receptionist.

"Sir, those are very expensive. Are you sure—!?"

He plopped down the ores, which immediately shut up the receptionist, who quickly pocketed the ores and gave them their keys.

And of course, before Michael left, the receptionist also slipped him a bag of condoms, which he didn't deny and accepted.

Though since he didn't exactly have a storage, it looked a bit strange carrying a random box around, which even made Lila confused.

"What's inside it? Movie discs?" she asked.

"Something like that." Michael chuckled. "No discs though, those are way too old."

"I see... okay, but can I peek inside?" Lila pushed.

However, he merely shook his head. "Maybe in the middle of the movie. For now, no."

"Fine..." she grumbled and entered the elevator.

It had a nice aroma, and from Michael's experience, he knew it was actually an aphrodisiac.

Too bad it wouldn't help either of them much, since it only affected low-Tier beings.

Even if Michael wasn't that high up, his resistances were close to Lila's.

After a few short moments, they arrived, and just as he thought, it was completely quiet.

Also, since he was given the choice to choose between four rooms, that meant the entire topmost floor was empty, since there were currently four doors all around him.

Basically, it worked out in the end, and they soon entered the room.

It was very spacious, and to the side, there was a massive bathtub with a few pleasure toys scattered around, not yet opened.

At the same time, there was a giant heart-shaped bed in the middle, ironically filled with rose petals.

And of course, the main reason why they even came here—the television.

It was a projector, meaning it was like an indoor cinema, which actually worked out pretty well in both their favors.

Lila wanted to watch a movie in a cinema, and this was basically the same, just way more romantic.

But unsurprisingly, Lila wasn't even aroused; she just seemed curious as she walked around the entire room, playing around with all the stuff she found.

"Hey, what's this?" Lila waved around a pink-wrapped object, making Michael let out a sigh.

"A candy cane without the cane. Just leave it be for now, it doesn't taste good from what I've heard," Michael remarked, earning a look of understanding from Lila as she put it down.

Then, she walked up to a pair of plugs, which obviously didn't go inside the ears.

"What about this?"

Michael decided to drop the childish act as he let out a sigh. "It goes in your ass. Now put that away and go pick a movie—we only have 12 hours."

Lila stiffened as she gently put down the plug and began robotically walking over to the remote.

Soon, she turned the TV on and began browsing through the channels until opening up a certain program.

There was already an account connected, so the only thing they needed to do was pick a movie.

And that was exactly what she did—she picked some movie Michael had never seen in his life.

But from the tags alone, he was a bit amused.

After all, the nudity tag meant there was going to be at least one sex scene.

I wonder how Lila's going to react? Michael thought with a silent chuckle as he lay down on the bed.

"You coming?" Michael asked, tapping beside himself.

Lila rolled her eyes and crawled over toward him before laying down on the comfortable pillows.

She held half an arm's length of distance from him, which wasn't that surprising.

But aside from that, he could feel her heartbeat quickening, and the same went for her breaths, which slowly began feeling hotter and hotter.

Though now's not the time... Michael concluded.

While she was aroused, she wasn't that aroused.

If he wanted her to truly see him, then he had to do it while her arousal was at an all-time peak.

Therefore, he chose to wait.

Wait until the movie about robots in the future shows a sex scene.

What a stupid fucking idea... but hey, I'm not exactly the best person at seducing, Michael thought as he leaned back.

Now, it was only a waiting game.
