I Became a Nobody in My Favourite Novel-Chapter 21: “First Day of Classes”:1
Chapter 21 - “First Day of Classes”:1
Emil and his team stepped into their dorm room. It was simple but spacious enough to fit four people in it, four beds were lined against the wall neatly, the beds were made, pillows and blankets were provided, just of water was there on the table and four glasses too, there was one window, big enough to maintain the neat flow of air, there were shelf's to keep their equipment. The final rays of the setting sun were coming inside from the open window.
Kael threw his bag on the nearest bed. "Alright, guys! This one belongs to me now, first come first serve." He winks as he jumps on his bed.
Luin chuckled and climbed onto the bed which was next to Kael's. "Well, anything is better than sleeping the in forest, where monsters are always lurking."
Riven leaned against the window, his arms crossed. "You both, don't get too comfortable, this is just the beginning. Idiots."
Emil smiled a bit and said. "Chill Riven, let them chill, from tomorrow a hectic schedule will start."
Kael smirked and said. "Damn right. Tomorrow will be a wild day for us, I can feel it. I am gonna enjoy this shit."
They talked for a while, about the trials, about the other teams and their performances, and what the upcoming classes and lectures might be. One by one they started to fall asleep.

He tapped the claim button and watched as the skill book materialized in his inventory. Emil didn't use it yet. He stared at it for a moment, he was thinking something.
"Flicker Step, huh?" he whispered to himself. "I might need this sooner than I think. Well, this one is good enough for now, this is an upgraded version of Flash step so yes."
First Day of Class – Morning
The morning sun was bright, its rays were coming inside the room from the window, and Kael stretched loudly. "Ahhh, ready to have some fun."
Riven rolled his eyes while tightening his gloves, getting ready for the class. "Let's not get in trouble on our first day of school life. Got it guys?"
Emil and Luin were already dressed and were waiting for Kael to get ready. "Come on, we don't want to be late for our first day," Emil said with a calm and soothing smile.
Together, they walked to class S's main hall, an open arena-style classroom filled with wooden floors and there were wooden racks along the sides of the room. Other top-ranked students were already seated. The room was filled with quiet awkwardness.
Emil and his team went to the end of the class, there they chose the very last bench of the class.
Kael smirked and said. "Best view and the least attention. It's a Perfect seat."
The door at the front slammed open.
A tall woman stepped into the room, she was wearing a long black cloak on her back, a sword was hanging on her waist, and she wore long skin-lightweight-fit pants and a top. Her eyes were sharp as daggers and she was scanning the room, there was a scar on her left cheek and it only made her more intimidating.
"Instructor Veyra Halcrow," someone whispered.
She spoke without any introduction. Her voice was so cold.
"I welcome you all to Class S. You are here because you a little piece of shit got a better ranking in your trials, either you are really skilled or just a lucky brat. I don't care which one you are. If you fail to improve, I will throw you out of my lectures."
She pointed at the board with her gloved hand. A diagram magically appeared on the board, which showed the Aura tiers and their color classifications:
1. Least (Common) → Pale White (Weakest, almost no potential)
2. Low → Yellow (Mediocre talent, below average growth)
3. Mid → Orange (Decent talent, moderate potential)
4. High → Red (Above average, good growth potential)
5. Elite → Blue (Strong talent, skilled warrior material)
6. Master → Purple (Exceptional, prodigy-level)
7. Supreme → Silver (Rare, potential to become legends)
8. Mythic → Gold (Extremely rare, destined for greatness)
9. Celestial → Black (Feared & respected, overwhelming power)
10. Highest (Godly) - Prismatic (Unheard of, defines logic)
As she explained the flow of the aura through the body, mana techniques, and sword stances, Emil and his team quietly exchanged their thoughts on this.
Kael whispered. "Hmm, interesting. I don't know much about swords, I use the spear. But, this sure is interesting."
Luin replied. "I don't either, I am a mage, what do you expect from me." He chuckles slowly.
Riven, just smirked kept his calm and maintained silence.
Emil stared at the board, completely ignoring everyone right now. 'I have heard about this in the novel, but never knew it that deeply. Will I ever be able to reach that level?"
But then, Verya's tone changed. She turned back to the board and tapped twice on it with her finger.
"This brings us to the forbidden form of swordsmanship." She said coldly. "A technique, which was in use 500 years ago, it was created by our sword god, he died at the age of 40 after he reached the pinnacle of swordsmanship."
The entire class fell silent. Even Kael straightened in his seat. Completely focused and interested.
Emil thought about something. His eyes popped out. 'Fuck... this technique, I remember it, I remember that it had been mentioned in the novel too. But, there we are no living remains of this technique.'
Riven looked at Emil's shocked face, Riven knew that Emil knew something about it. But, he kept his calm. 'You are a very interesting person, Emil Valcrest. I will stay with you and be your sword till the day I die.'
Veyra's eyes scanned the room for a while.
