Before long, Rain's heightened senses detected something massive entering his range of search. As he focused on the incoming presence, he could tell that it was remarkably long. Still, his eyes widened in disbelief when he estimated the creature's length to be more than ten kilometers…

The sheer scale of such a creature seemed impossible by conventional standards, challenging the boundaries of what Rain considered feasible.
