Furthermore, he framed the Great Dragon God of Rain, Jinghe Dragon King, disregarding the Heavenly Law and rules. He should be cast into the cycle of reincarnation, never to ascend to the path of immortality again."

Another Immortal Officer was sent to the Great Thunderclap Monastery of the Sacred Mountain to instruct the monks of the Buddha Sect that the transmission of the teachings must be with utmost integrity and openness.
