Blade stood up from his bed slowly, stretched a little, then looked toward the corner of the room, where the green Kryptonite shimmered faintly on the table. He walked over, picked it up in his hands, and examined it closely. Then, as he set it aside, he muttered:

"Alright... this will be our current game, and no one will know what I'm preparing until the time is right."

He returned to his desk, sat on the swivel chair, opened his advanced laptop, and began typing lines of code. Small screens appeared in front of him, filled with digital schematics and Kryptonite energy analyses. He wore a sly smile as he whispered to himself:

"If this idea works, no one will get close to us... not Superman, not even those who claim to be gods."

Minutes passed, then suddenly he stopped, as if struck by a new idea. He quickly spun his chair, stood up, picked up the green Kryptonite, placed it inside a small, protected metal case, and put on his mask.

He left his room with quick, steady steps until he stood before Cyborg's workshop door. From inside, he could hear tools and machines working actively.

He knocked twice, then entered without waiting for a reply.

Inside the workshop, Cyborg was wearing specialized goggles, busy modifying a massive mechanical arm connected to power devices. He looked up in surprise when he saw Blade enter:

Cyborg:

"Oh? Blade? What brings you here this early?"

Blade closed the door behind him, placed the case on one of the tables, and gave Cyborg a serious look:

"I need your help with a small project... and it might require some highly advanced tech."

Cyborg (crossing his arms):

"What kind of project?"

Blade slowly opened the case, revealing the green Kryptonite, which cast a sudden green glow over Cyborg's face. Then he said:

This content is taken from fгee𝑤ebɳoveɭ.cøm.

"We want to build something that makes this... a lot more useful than it is right now."

Cyborg looked at him in shock, then said in a low voice:

"Are you planning to use it against someone... or to protect us from someone?"

Blade gave a mysterious smile:

"Both... depending on who decides to play with fire."

Cyborg stared at him for a long moment, then pushed his tools aside and said:

"Show me what you're planning... and we'll see if we can pull it off without blowing this place to pieces."

Blade smiled confidently and stepped forward to explain his plan, while the table in front of them began to fill with blueprints, devices, and advanced technology...

Blade nodded slowly as he opened one of the digital files on his device, then looked at Cyborg, who was patiently waiting for the details. He spoke in a serious tone:

"I need to develop something simple, but effective... gloves, yes, special gloves embedded with green Kryptonite. Small amounts—just enough to have an effect, but not enough to cause leakage or radiation poisoning."

He stepped closer to the table and pulled out an electronic chip, placing it in front of Cyborg as he continued:

"The gloves need to be durable, flexible, and pressure-resistant, with a system for energy distribution... also, I need to integrate small ammo units. I want to be able to fire precise shots—or deliver a focused blast if necessary."

He looked up at Cyborg and added:

"I won't use them recklessly... but if Superman or anyone like him returns, or if the tables turn, I want to be ready."

Cyborg stared at him for a moment, then sighed and said:

"You're playing with fire, Blade... but I get it. Alright, I'll start with a basic design and include a safety system to prevent accidental activation. But you've got to reassure me you're not planning to cross the line."

Blade gave a faint smile and patted Cyborg on the shoulder:

"The line? I don't even see it."

Then the two sat down together, beginning the design of the Kryptonite combat gloves—both knowing these tools weren't just for fighting... but for something greater looming on the horizon.

After long hours of continuous work, Cyborg and Blade finally finished the prototype of the combat gloves embedded with green Kryptonite. The gloves looked sleek, but beneath their simple appearance, they concealed immense power. Blade examined the final details, then closed the screen and took a deep breath.

Blade: "Excellent... the design looks perfect, at least for a start."

He looked at Cyborg, who was wiping sweat from his metallic brow, and then spoke in a calmer tone:

"Cyborg... I've got another job I need to handle myself. I'll count on you to finish the rest. Add an extra safety protocol, and keep the Kryptonite levels tightly controlled. I don't need them to be lethal—just effective."

Cyborg: "Got it... I'll program radiation sensors to auto-shut if levels spike, and I'll integrate the small-shot launcher just like you said."

Blade stood and patted Cyborg on the shoulder:

"I know you've got this... and when you're done, stash it in my locker. I don't want anyone else to know."

Then he turned and headed out of the lab, his eyes drifting to the horizon through the window, as if something was waiting for him out there. Silence filled the space, save for the faint hum of devices rebooting under Cyborg's control.

Blade slicked his hair back and thought to himself as he walked away:

"Time to face something else... something that can't be coded or controlled."

And he left the place without looking back, leaving behind the gloves—and a secret known only to him.

When Blade opened Cyborg's lab door and stepped out, he didn't expect to run straight into Raven, who was quietly passing by. She stopped abruptly, raised her eyebrows slightly, then looked directly at him and asked in her usual calm tone:

"Were you the one who made breakfast this morning?"

Blade froze for a moment, staring at her like someone caught red-handed. Before he could open his mouth to give his usual sarcastic or evasive reply, Cyborg's voice rang loudly and clearly from inside the room:

"Yes, I saw him myself! He made it and left it at your door. He even made sure you wouldn't see him standing there."

Raven turned her eyes back to him again, and her expression had shifted slightly... no anger, no sharpness—just something like quiet surprise, with a subtle softness sneaking into her dark gaze.

As for Blade, he had no escape this time. He gave a faint smile and cleared his throat before saying:

"Alright... I was just... trying to... I mean, it was just breakfast."

He said it in a slightly awkward tone, trying to hide his usual nervousness beneath his familiar layer of humor.

Raven stared at him for a few seconds, then said quietly:

"It was... delicious."

Then she turned and walked away, leaving Blade standing there, watching her, with a mixture of surprise, relief, and a soft smile he couldn't quite suppress.

From inside Cyborg's lab, a low chuckle echoed, followed by a teasing whisper:

"Love's knocking on doors... literally."

Blade turned sharply toward Cyborg after hearing the comment, eyes half-closed and voice dripping with sarcasm:

"Really, Cyborg? Snitching on me... to Raven? Is that what we've come to?"

Cyborg just smiled, shrugging casually, and replied in a playful tone:

"I don't snitch. I believe in love... and science... and occasionally audio-visual surveillance."

Blade didn't respond. He just shook his head with a smirk and made his way to the elevator, his steps calm but burdened by something unseen. He stood before the door, and just as the soft ding of the elevator echoed and the doors began to open, a familiar voice called out behind him. It was Raven.

"Where are you going?" she asked in a gentle tone, though tinged with cautious curiosity.

Blade paused, his back still turned to her. A brief silence hung in the air before he let out a long sigh and replied in a quiet voice heavy with mystery:

"I'm not joking this time... I have a gift to deliver to the Joker."

Raven's eyebrows lifted slightly, her eyes still fixed on him. It was hard to tell what he meant exactly... A gift? For the Joker?
