"HYUNG, it’s alright if you’re upset with me. But at least eat your dinner. Hmm?"

Sohee couldn’t believe that Kim Heedo, his husband who was two years younger than him, was using a tone that one would use on a child.

"I informed you of my scheduled trip with my friends— I didn’t really ask for your permission," Sohee said carefully. "Heedo-ya, I understand that Alphas are protective and possessive of their Omegas. But if you act too controlling, I wouldn’t like it. I don’t want to feel suffocated in this relationship. Although I enjoy staying at home, I still want my freedom."

Kim Heedo fell silent for a while.

Kim Heedo just shrugged, pouting again as if he was mimicking GoldHee— their "son."

"You can hang out with your friends, of course," Sohee said, sighing at how dramatic his husband was. Not that he was complaining— Kim Heedo was cute, after all. "But let’s not forget to update each other, okay? Even if I’m hanging out with my friends, I still want to know how you’re doing."

"Of course, Hyung," Kim Heedo said, smiling brightly— which was a bit suspicious. "Let’s have fun with our friends this weekend."

"LET’S GO to Busan this weekend," Kim Heedo said bluntly to Yang Jaewon and Kwon Gaon. "To my private villa."

His private villa was close to Hong Sera’s private villa, after all.

Hence, Heedo thought he should hang out with his friends there.

"Can’t," Kwon Gaon said while shaking his head. "I’m going to Japan for my training right after the banquet."

Heedo clicked his tongue. "Traitors."

"Dude, what’s wrong with you?" Yang Jaewon asked, finally lifting his head just to give Heedo a disapproving look. "Sohee Hyung will only be gone for two days and one night. Sera said she’ll bring her nannies, so what’s the problem? That Cho Euntak kid looks nice— I don’t think he’d attack Sera or Sohee Hyung. Even if he does, Sera’s nannies are from Gaon’s security agency."

"Sera’s nannies are profesionally trained combat fighters," Kwon Gaon said proudly. "You can trust them, Heedo-ya."

"Sure, but I’m still going to Busan even if I have to go alone," Heedo said firmly, leaning against his chair while crossing his arms over his chest. "Don’t ask me why— I also don’t know why I’m acting this way."

"I don’t think you’re the only one who feels that way, though," Yang Jaewon said. "Do you think Han Raehyun is okay with Sera going on an overnight trip with two men he barely knows?"

"He might not be okay with it, but does he have the right to tell Sera what to do or not?" Heedo asked, scoffing. "Does he listen to Sera when Sera begs him to spend less time with Jin Minki?"

"Even if that’s the case, he’s still Sera’s boyfriend," Yang Jaewon said. "And Sera is weak to Han Raehyun."

Heedo shook his head. "I don’t think that’s the case this time since Sohee Hyung confirmed that the trip is happening— whether we like it or not."

"Good for Sera then," Yang Jaewon said cheerfully. "Han Raehyun is a good dude, but Sera is our friend. It breaks my heart every time she has to make herself smaller just to "atone" for something she didn’t do in the past."

Heedo nodded in agreement. "If only Sera didn’t cry and beg us not to interfere with her relationship with Han Raehyun..."

He didn’t have to finish his sentence.

Yang Jaewon and Kwon Gaon already nodded in agreement.

"Why?" Heedo raised an eyebrow. "Wait, I think I know why. Are you planning to stalk your friend? What’s his name again? Cho Euntak or something."

"That’s none of your business, Sunbae-nim."

"You’re trying to buy my private villa, though?"

Baek Jeho frowned— but it was actually more of a pout.

This brat is really still a kid.

Heedo wanted to tease Baek Jeho more, but he got a call from someone unexpected.

Han Raehyun?

"I’m so popular today, huh?" Heedo said, raising a hand to stop Baek Jeho from talking. And then he answered the call. "What’s up, Han Raehyun?"

<"Heedo-ya, about that overnight trip...">

An imaginary light bulb suddenly lit up in Heedo’s head.

"Just because I’m Sohee Hyung’s husband doesn’t mean I have the right to stop him from socializing with his friends," Heedo said, sounding smug as if he didn’t get scolded by Park Sohee for being small-minded. "Having said that, I still hate that I’m not included in the overnight trip. I’m sure you two feel the same."

Han Raehyun and Baek Jeho nodded firmly.

Since Yang Jaewon and Kwon Gaon betrayed me, these two will do.

"I have a private villa next to the villa that the "Crybabies" will be using for their overnight trip," Heedo said while tapping his fingers on the table. "So, who wants to have a fun weekend trip with me?"
