Married For Now-Chapter 95: FANBOY
Chapter 95: FANBOY
"YOUNG MASTER, is everything alright?"
When Sohee saw Shin Kang approach them, he thought it was okay to leave the Alphas.
He then immediately ran towards Lim Garam and helped him get up.
"Garam-ssi, are you alright?" Sohee asked worriedly. "Are you hurt anywhere?"
"I’m alright. Thank you, Sohee-ssi," Lim Garam said, and then his worried gaze fell on Song Sihyuk. "This is the first time I saw Sihyuk Hyung lose in a fight. To think that he lost to a younger and smaller Alpha..." freewebnøvel.com
"Heedo isn’t ’small,’ though," Sohee said defensively. "Song Sihyuk-ssi is taller and more muscular, but my Heedo is big— in every sense of the word."
Lim Garam turned to him with a look of disbelief on his pretty face. "Sohee-ssi, you didn’t have to add the last part."
Ahem.
Sohee avoided Lim Garam’s teasing gaze, only to meet Kim Heedo’s smiling eyes.
Ah, his husband heard it.
This brat definitely heard it when I said he’s big in every sense of the word!
After all, Kim Heedo looked smug at the moment.
It’s so embarrassing.
Fortunately, it seemed like Shin Kang and Song Sihyuk didn’t hear what Sohee said because Shin Kang was busy checking on Song Sihyuk’s condition.
Then Dr. Seong Kyungmin finally returned, shocked and confused.
"I only stepped out for a moment, so what happened this time?"
"Doc, I think Song Sihyuk-nim dislocated his shoulder," Shin Kang reported to the doctor. "And please give him something to calm him down."

THINGS FINALLY calmed down.
Sohee couldn’t believe that he was now having a late dinner with Kim Heedo, Song Sihyuk, and Lim Garam as if nothing happened.
It was a bit awkward.
If I was still smoking, I would have joined Mr. Shin and Dr. Seong on the balcony to have a smoke.
"Kim Heedo’s husband, I’m sorry for acting like a crazy bastard earlier."
Hmm?
Sohee was surprised when Song Sihyuk addressed him in a calm and slightly friendly tone.
What kind of sedative did Dr. Seong give to this man?
Moreover, Song Sihyuk’s healing ability was amazing.
The man didn’t need a cast after Dr. Seong Kyungmin popped his shoulder back in place.
Song Sihyuk-ssi’s arm is already fine after that.
"Sihyuk Hyung-nim, my husband has a name," Kim Heedo said sternly. "And it’s ’Park Sohee.’"
Song Sihyuk just rolled his eyes at Kim Heedo, and then he focused on Sohee again. "Sohee-ssi, it’s not an excuse. But I really lose my mind when my rut is near. I’m sorry you had to see that ugly behavior of mine. And thank you for saving my husband from me."
Oh?
Song Sihyuk-ssi is pretty decent now that he’s sober.
"I appreciate your apology, sir," Sohee said politely. He still didn’t like Song Sihyuk’s vibes, but the man looked like a family friend to Kim Heedo. Hence, he shouldn’t hold a grudge. "I apologize for using the Anti-Alpha Pen on you, sir. It was overkill."
"Nah, I don’t mind since you did it because you think an Omega was being attacked," Song Sihyuk said, and then he rested his chin on the back of his hands while smiling at Sohee. That smile was anything but genuine, though. "But I’m curious, Sohee-ssi. It seems like you know my husband since you care too much about him for a stranger."
Oh.
Everyone at the table could tell it by Song Sihyuk’s strong pheromones.
This Alpha is being jealous of an Omega like me?
Lim Garam sighed as if he was already fed up with Song Sihyuk’s jealousy.
On the other hand, Kim Heedo frowned and it looked like he was about to confront Song Sihyuk.
But Sohee held Kim Heedo’s hand to stop his husband.
No need to pick a fight since I can just answer the question.
"I’m actually a fan of Lim Garam-ssi," Sohee said shyly. "I’m a ’Victor.’"
’Victor’ was the fandom name for the fans of Victorious Boyfriends (aka ViBo).
When Sohee glanced at Lim Garam, he was confused by the expression that the former idol was making.
Garam-ssi looks half-happy and half-regretful.
"Is that so?" Song Sihyuk smiled again, but that smile looked less sincere than the last one. "It’s been a long time since my husband retired as an idol. I’m surprised that you still recognize him. You must be a real fan."
Retired?
Oh, please.
"Yes, I’m a big fan, sir," Sohee said to Song Sihyuk in a dull voice, and then he glanced at Lim Garam. "That’s why I’m still waiting for Garam-ssi and ViBo to make a comeback. As far as I know, they haven’t officially retired yet. So, I’ll wait until they return."
Lim Garam looked surprised at first, and then he smiled at Sohee. "I feel sorry that you’re waiting even without an assurance that we will return. But I’m happy to know that we still have a fan waiting for us. It makes me want to gather the kids and prepare for a comeback."
Sohee beamed, but his excitement was short-lived when a certain someone opened his mouth.
"What are you talking about, Lim Garam?" Song Sihyuk asked, now frowning, while giving Lim Garam a cold glare. "We’ve talked about this already. Our son is still young, so he needs you by his side."
Oh, they have a son?
The kid must be adopted, then.
Because Garam-ssi is a Beta.
"Moreover, giving birth to our son gave you long-term health problems, so going back to work isn’t really ideal—"
THUD.
Sohee accidentally dropped the knife in his hand out of shock, causing everyone at the table to look at him.
He couldn’t help it, though.
Since when was Garam-ssi an Omega?
Sohee couldn’t ask that out loud because it would be rude to do so, and he had a feeling Song Sihyuk would kill him if he did.

"SOHEE-SSI, it seems like you were shocked earlier."
Oh.
Sohee was glad that he asked Kim Heedo to distract Song Sihyuk after their dinner.
Hence, he had the chance to talk to Lim Garam alone in the living room while their husbands were having a smoke on the balcony.
"Can I ask about your Secondary Gender, Garam-ssi?"
Lim Garam smiled as if he had already expected that. "Since you’re my fan, you must have been shocked to hear that I gave birth to a child. After all, everyone knew I was a Beta back when I was still active as an idol."
"Did you hide your Secondary Gender?"
"No, I was a Beta," Lim Garam said in a serious voice. "I was turned into an Omega before I went on a hiatus."
’Turned into an Omega.’
I heard that phrase again.
And, once again, Sohee could no longer contain his curiosity.
"Garam-ssi, usually, you say you ’manifested’ or ’awakened’ as an Omega. But you said you were ’turned into’ one..."
"Ah, you must not know since you were probably still young when my group was active," Lee Garam said. "At the time, it was normal for the presidents of entertainment agencies to force their Beta artists to take pills that could turn them into Omegas. After all, manifesting as Omegas improves one’s physical appearance."
That last part was true.
And that’s why most Omegas are pretty.
"But, of course, most pills were defective. They were just drugs disguised as ’miracle pills’ distributed by those greedy CEOs to exploit their artists."
The story sounded similar.
Didn’t Kim Heedo say that Lee Junsu’s former boss forced them to take pills that could turn them into Omegas?
Kim Heedo said those pills were just plain drugs, though.
So, how did it work on Lim Garam?
"But you turned into an Omega, Garam-ssi."
"It wasn’t my previous CEO who turned me into an Omega."
Oh.
Sohee was quick-witted.
Hence, when Lim Garam glanced at the balcony, he already read the story between the lines.
So, it was Song Sihyuk-ssi who turned him into an Omega.
"Do you need help, Garam-ssi?"
Lim Garam turned to Sohee with a surprised look on his face. And then he chuckled while shaking his head. "Thank you for the offer, but I’m alright with where I am at the moment. I don’t regret having my baby."
Then Sohee had nothing else to say.
After all, Garam-ssi already said that he doesn’t need help.
"Are you curious about the miracle pills that turned me into an Omega, Sohee-ssi?"
"Yes, sir. I didn’t know those pills really exist— and that they work for real."
"Those pills are illegal drugs, and I don’t think they’re still in the market. Not openly, at least," Lim Garam said awkwardly, pausing for a moment before shaking his head. "We can’t talk about this here, and I can’t really say much about it since Sihyuk Hyung was the one who got his hands on those pills. I’m sorry."
"Oh, it’s alright, Garam-ssi. I’m curious, but not that curious. It sounds dangerous, so I’d rather not know more about it since it has nothing to do with me."
Right?
Lim Garam’s story as a previous idol was slightly similar to Lee Junsu’s story as a rookie idol, which was why Sohee didn’t want to know more.
I just want to get away from Lee Junsu as far as possible.
"Then can we talk about something else next time, Sohee-ssi?" Lim Garam asked with a shy smile on his face. "It’s been a while since I met someone I feel instantly close to. So, can I be your hyung?"
Sohee smiled and nodded. "I’d love that, Garam Hyung-nim."
Little did Sohee know that his blooming friendship with Lim Garam would later lead him to the biggest drama of his life yet.
