It was morning.

Yes. Morning.

Something that, for countless ages, would have been absurd to even think about in Hell. But there he was, Dante Scarlet, the Emperor of Hell, peacefully resting on his couch, lying on his first wife's lap. He was watching TV... Yes, we now had TV! Magical, yes, but we had TVs and even the Internet in Hell!!

"…Did you hear that?" he murmured.

Valentina, beside him, responded without taking her eyes off the floating grimoire she was reading. "Hmm... They must have started," her voice was like a whisper, but warm and inviting... she seemed almost like a different woman than the destroyer he had met thousands of years ago.

Another loud bang echoed, something between a childish laugh and a magical explosion.

Dante slowly got up. His steps were silent, but the air around him seemed to bend to his presence. With a subtle gesture, he opened the black curtains of the hall and stepped out onto the balcony.

And then... he saw it. His vast fields of living grass, small luminescent flowers opening to the touch of the golden light. A celestial blue sky shone over the abyss, painted with rosy and white clouds.

But that didn't matter. Alice's dimensional advancements? After fifty thousand years of calculations... she managed to recreate an artificial sun.

And there they were.

The fourteen princesses, playing as if the world was not made of demons, curses, and wars.

Running between the crimson trees, with enchanted dresses fluttering and laughter echoing, they looked like a vision from a dream... or a very cute nightmare.

The first one he saw was his first daughter... Ardhelia Scarlet, the Daughter of Valentina...

"No! If we keep playing in this formation, someone will trip," Ardhelia adjusted the war board she had created, made of floating pieces and magical holograms. With a cold and calculating look, she reorganized her sisters as if they were generals in an army.

She had the air of a little empress, even with a black bow in her red hair like flames.

"This is a siege simulation, not musical chairs," she murmured, while all of them ignored her.

The second... her name was Selvaria Scarlet, the little Daughter of Morgana and him... She was sitting silently on a floating rock, little Selvaria staring at Ardhelia with her golden, deep eyes, as her black hair floated in the air.

"You always try to control everything..." She extended her hand, and a purple mist spread, creating illusions of dancing crows in the air.

"Let them have fun, it's not like they'll lose an arm..." Her smile was enigmatic, her black dress floating like shadows.

"You're being too dramatic, Selva!" Ardhelia retorted to her sister. They were born on the same day, at the same hour, the same second, and millisecond, they just weren't twins because they came from different mothers! But they were definitely rivals! Just like their mothers!

"Selvaria. Ardhelia. Get organized." Kaede's firm voice cut through the chaos between the sisters... She was Nagasawa's daughter, and she was very serious! She wore a miniature ceremonial armor, with her toy katana at her waist, though everyone knew it was real in the hands of a little monster like her.

Like her mother, she had those beautiful snow-white hair and bronze skin, with lovely red eyes. And of course, like her mother... she was bossy!! Yes, she ordered when she wanted to!!! She patrolled the garden like a little general, correcting postures and demanding discipline.

"Daddy said if we form a proper Yari formation, he'll show us his dragon transformation! I know you all want to play with Daddy Dragon!" Everyone stopped. It was too tempting a promise. Although they didn't know that... She was lying.

Then a little girl with blue hair ran past Kaede and stopped between them all.

"Girrrls, focus here! Bring flowers! The Infernal Press is coming!" said the little Yelena, daughter of Sara.

Yelena was holding an enchanted microphone, transmitting everything to the Infernal Realm! She was the unofficial ambassador of the daughters, always smiling, and incredibly good at making speeches.

Well, that's what she thought... in fact... all of this was being recorded by Sara with a magical device Alice created! Well, a mother has to know what her daughter is saying!

"Kaede, say hi to the audience!" Yelena called out to her sister, but Kaede just sulked! She pouted and replied, "We're not at a parade."

"We are now!" Yelena shot back, smiling, and her sister almost went after her for teasing!

From the top of a burning tree, Zafira, Velryna's daughter, yelled loudly. "You're all so annoying!"

She jumped — fearlessly — straight into a lava lake (magical, of course). When she emerged, she had a demon fish in her hand.

"Who wants hellish sushi?" She laughed as the fish flailed in fear, after all, who wouldn't be terrified by an 8-year-old girl?! It was terrified!

"Zafira! You weren't supposed to dive into Mama Lilith's lake!!" Yelena screamed at her.

"She can come get me! Mama Lilith is so easy to manipulate!!" Zafira grinned in reply.

Lying on a lounge chair nearby, Nyss bit into a golden apple. She was Vex's daughter, and everyone knew how Vex's temperament was... right?

"This is so booooooring..." She snapped her fingers, and Yelena's microphone began to transmit only meowing sounds.

MEOW MOEW MOEW!!! MOEWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!

"Nyss!" Yelena shouted nervously, and a huge demonic aura flared, making Nyss's body tremble.

"I was just testing the reaction!" She fell off the lounge chair, and the apple rolled into the river. "My apple... my forbidden fruit..." She muttered sadly.

From the shadows near Zafira, Thalira emerged, of course, the daughter of Aaralyn, a walking shadow.

"KYAAA!!!!" Zafira got scared and threw the fish into the air, and it fell out of the water.

"Zafira, you hurt that little fish!" Thalira rushed over to the still struggling fish, enveloping it in a silver healing aura.

"All done... now go swim, little friend." She was sweetness incarnate, handing out healing lollipops and magical hugs. Even the most cruel demons melted when they saw her smile... well, she somehow inherited her mother's kindness, in addition to Dante's powers and healing from demonic energy...

So she wasn't just healing; she was replenishing injury energy with demonic energy.

"Who wants a hug today?" Everyone raised their hands, after all... her hugs replenished their energy so they wouldn't fall asleep while playing! She was like a battery!

"What's mine is mine... Thalira's hug is only mine today." The one who said this was Iskra, clinging to her sister like a possessive octopus, her golden eyes shining with territorial fury.

Iskra was Voralith's daughter, and like her mother... she could be a bit possessive at times... even with her little sister.

"ISKRA, NOT AGAIN!" Ardhelia suddenly shouted.

"I love you, Thali, you're my personal healer." Iskra loved her so much, and this scared everyone except Thalira, who accepted her with all the affection. After all, just like Valentina and Morgana's daughters, they had a deep, friendly connection. They were cute and always together, as if they were best friends!

"Silence!" Ravyna's voice was the only one that made everyone stop, even if just for 2 seconds. Of course... she was Eldrax's daughter... and like her mother... she was extremely possessive about everything.

She had a scepter made of bones and rubies, and a giant cloak that trailed behind her like she was the empress of flames.

"This meeting has no order! As the future queen, I demand an assembly!" She demanded! She was currently being taught by Mama Alice to control magic and by Mama Eldrax to control her diacronic powers.

"You're not the oldest!" Selvaria shouted in protest.

"But I'm the most worthy." She retorted, and it seemed like a confrontation was about to begin, but suddenly...

"Oh Ravyna, your voice sounds hoarse... would you like some tea?" Neriah, Lilith's daughter and the direct heir to Hell, appeared with a silver teapot and an angelic smile. But everyone knew that wherever she went, intrigue followed.

"It's not poisoned, I promise... well, maybe just a little." The teapot exploded with confetti.

"Just kidding~" She said with a smile while everyone stared, but not one...

One was Silent, sitting atop a floating grimoire, Myrrha was reading a book while drawing magical circles in the air. Myrrha was Aldria's daughter... one of the few there who was the daughter of an Empress, and just like her mother and father, she wanted to understand and know everything to be like them!

"If we summon two more salamanders, the heat in this area could cause a volcanic fusion." She said as Ravyna approached her.

"That's dangerous, Myrrha." Ravyna said.

"Exactly. Danger is knowledge applied to collect data! Explosions are tests!!" She said as if she were a genius child... and a bit genocidal, if you stop to consider that this was actually a very populated area of Hell.

"Instead of explosions, what if we made a choreography?" Evelyne spun with an ethereal veil, while flames and shadows danced around her.

Evelyne was Lyrianna's daughter... and maybe Sara's sister? And well... let's not think too much about such things. It doesn't matter!

"We could put on a show for daddy!" She suggested, "Dance or destruction show?" Those who embraced such ideas were always Myrrha...

The two looked at each other and quickly spoke together. "Why not both?"

"I vote for chaos." Nixia appeared upside down, floating in the air, with three toy eyes glued to her forehead. Despite being Fey's daughter, she definitely leaned more toward her father's side... She was part of Chaos!

Amid the chaos, Callis placed herself between them all. "You're shouting too much!... You'll wake up the Abyss guardians." She said while massaging her wolf ears... after all, she was the only one there who was half-demon, half-werewolf!

Yes, she was Siren's daughter!!

She spoke with a serious voice, opening her arms to hug everyone.

"Let's play together, but without hurting anyone. I'll take care of you."

She was the shield, the sister who always protected. If anyone threatened the others, Callis would be the first to face them and the last to fall.

She was, indeed, the most caring of them all...

Dante Scarlet observed the scene before him with a slight smile on his face, his gaze fixed on his daughters' antics. Valentina, beside him, maintained a soft expression, also watching with affection and a muffled chuckle. It was a unique moment, and... peaceful. Hell, always marked by torment and conflict, now had something no one would have imagined: harmony.

"Look, Val... They're a mess, but in an adorable way." Dante commented, his voice thick with amusement.

Valentina lifted her head from the grimoire and gave him a fond look. "Yes, they have a peculiar way of having fun." She stood up, walking over to Dante, and leaned against the balcony next to him. "It almost seems like Hell has a new... identity, doesn't it?"

"Yes," he murmured, not taking his eyes off the daughters who continued to play and argue among themselves. "Who would have thought Alice could not only implement a sun, but also make grass grow here?"

Valentina smiled as she noticed the tone of surprise and pride in his voice. "She's always been brilliant."

"Too brilliant," Dante agreed, feeling a slight warmth in his chest. He looked back at the daughters, with their contagious laughter and irreverent games. In another scenario, an ordinary father might have worried about the potential dangers his children could cause. But he knew that here, with his daughters, any harm would merely be... eccentric. After everything they were and had achieved, a little innocent chaos wouldn't hurt.

Meanwhile, a loud crash from one of the distant trees made Dante look away. Zafira, with her uncontrollable temperament, was performing yet another of her stunts. He wasn't surprised to see her emerge from a lava lake, holding a demon fish in her hand.

"Who wants infernal sushi?" Zafira shouted, with a victorious smile. The little girl seemed truly unafraid of anything, not even diving into lava to grab the fish — which, of course, seemed more terrified of her than anything else.

Valentina couldn't help but let out a light laugh at the scene. "I'd say she has a contagious energy."

Dante simply smiled, watching the playful antics with a mix of affection and amusement. "A blend of chaos and creativity... couldn't be more like I imagined."

The daughters continued interacting, a little universe of their own within the vast Hell, with their quirks, laughter, and even small disputes. A true display of personality and power, even at such young ages.

"I love how they're not afraid to be who they are," Dante murmured, a hint of emotion in his voice. "I never knew what that felt like... until now."

Valentina looked at him, her eyes softening as she sensed the depth of his words. She extended her hand and held his, gently squeezing it.

"You've been the best father they could ever have, Dante," she said with a kind smile. "And it's not just because of who you are, but because of how you love them, how you've never had anyone love you."

He looked at Valentina, his deep eyes reflecting silent gratitude. "I know... and I'll never fail them."

As he continued to watch his daughters, he felt a peace he had rarely experienced in his long existence. Hell now had something it never could have imagined: a family. And with it, something more: the hope that even in the deepest darkness, there could be light, laughter, and love.

And so, in the calm of that infernal morning, Dante Scarlet, Emperor of Hell, allowed himself, for a moment, to simply... be a father.

"Now... how about you stop hiding, my little plum?" Dante suddenly spoke as he looked to the corner of the room next to Valentina.

Valentina could only smile, "Now you cunning princess" She said before the invisibility began to fade and a little girl wearing a lilac dress looked at them.

"Hehe, daddy found me" She smiled before teleporting and appearing in front of Dante jumping towards him.

"You should be playing with the others, Erine" Dante said, the little girl with white hair and violet eyes looked at him before speaking, "My sisters are annoying! And my mother doesn't want to teach me magic!! Neither does Mommy Morgana, nor Aunt Lyra, nor Aunt Reven!!! I want to learn more Magic!!!" She demanded...

This little tulip, was Erine Scarlet... Alice's Daughter. And just like her mother... She had a hunger for knowledge the size of a million stellar suns...

"Hehe, daddy's going to teach you a little then." Dante said before putting her on his shoulder.

"You spoil them too much, you know?" Valentina questioned, crossing her arms.

"Mommy Valentina wants to be spoiled just like us!!! Daddy do your job!!!" Erine pointed at Valentina and patted her father on the head.

"HAHAHA Sure, I'll do it later" Dante said before going to the balcony, "Hey you beautiful princesses! Let's go on a trip" He said before jumping and his body becoming huge, as big as the mansion...

"Climb up! Let's have fun" The colossal red dragon said before they all teleported on top of him. "Hold on!" He said, taking flight...

Valentina just smiled before shouting, "GET BACK BEFORE DINNER!" And Dante let out a loud roar that made all his wives hear...

Valentina smiled before using global communication between all the women, "He did it again."

And an orchestrated sigh was heard in her mind.

"Let's have a girls' night, I'm tired of working!" Alice said, and they all agreed... She really was tired, they all were... Being a mother was complicated.
