My Formula 1 System-Chapter 375: S2 Hungarian Grand Prix. 13
"...LUCA RENNICK HITS A 1.80—OH THAT'S THE FASTEST PITSTOP TIME ON RECORD! LUCA RENNICK AND JACKSON RACING JUST MATCHED SQUADRA AND ANTONIO LUIGI'S LEGENDARY STOP TWO SEASONS AGO IN THE QATARI GRAND PRIX! ABSOLUTELY BLAZING WORK FROM THE CREW—F1 HISTORY RIGHT THERE..!!"
"WOOOOOOOOOOOHH!"
**Box time—1.80. I repeat, one-point-eight-zero. Fastest pitstop ever, Luca. Brilliant entry, brilliant release. Now push, push, push—we're still in this!**

"...And every millisecond mattered here! That stop didn't just reset his tires—it refilled the soul of that machine! Clean exit, no stumble—absolute operational peak! If there's a blueprint for pitlane perfection, this stop just became it..."

Luca was at a loss for words. He had two major things to marvel about, but the simple summary was that it all revolved around that stunning pitstop.
He genuinely never expected the system to ever grant him a Pitstop Prodigy point again. Yet now, out of nowhere, it moved to 20(+4), while some of his other skill categories were still sluggishly hovering around 10. Was the stop so pristine, so unblemished, that even the system itself had no choice but to reward it?
Apparently, yes! It definitely was. Luca couldn't believe it—he was now forever etched into the history books of Formula One. And this particular achievement wasn't going to be forgotten anytime soon. This moment would be referenced over and over again.
Fastest Pitstops
1. Antonio Luigi/ Squadra Corse — 1.80
1. Luca Rennick/ Jackson Racing — 1.80
3. Antonio Luigi/ Squadra Corse — 1.81
Although he was elated, Luca didn't want to be tied with Antonio Luigi. He grew determined to beat him, break the record one day and top the list. He'd just have to be patient because he was still early in his career, and there were many, many races left before he even reached Luigi's age.
P4— Luca Rennick ←
In Luca's opinion, this wasn't a terrible tradeoff from P1 at all.
Considering how clean that stop was, and how Damgaard was still 2.5 seconds adrift from Hank Rice in P3, it gave him the luxury to rejoin without immediate chaos from front-runners.
But that didn't mean he could relax.
Fresh out of the pits meant cold tires, raw grip yet to return, and momentum still needing recovery. Damgaard knew that too, that's why he was pushing. He wanted blood and payback from earlier in the race when Luca had tossed him aside like it was nothing.

**Defend wisely, no late moves. He's got momentum off Turn 2. Expect him to lunge if you leave space. Just keep your lines disciplined—don't give him any scent inside Sector 2**
**Tyre pressure is still stabilizing. Don't over-defend too early. Don't drain yourself on ERS yet—we're still on plan**
"Understood."
**That's our boy. Reset if contact danger shows. P3 is still within striking range later. Just don't let Jimmy stick a nose in**
Whatever Luca and his engineers had discussed over the radio turned out to be pointless. There was just no avoiding it. Damgaard taking the position was inevitable, especially given the fact that he was in the RBioL. He might not have been as sharp as DiMarco, but it was still the Red Bull machine, and that carried weight.
Once a driver exits the pitlane, they essentially have the next three sectors to get the car back into rhythm. The first and second sectors heavily favored the chasing driver. Only in the third sector did the freshly pitted car stand a real chance of mounting a proper defense. But by then, it was often too late.
P4— Jimmy Damgaard ↑
P5— Luca Rennick ↓
"...strategy seems to be falling apart for Jackson Racing. No defense offered, no elbows out—Luca Rennick just let him through..."
"WOOOOOOOOOOOHH!"
"...You could see it coming the moment Rennick came out of the pits. That Red Bull had the grip, the heat, and the rhythm. Jimmy Damgaard didn't even need to force it. Luca might've had the record pitstop, but the rejoin isn't as solid. JIMMY DAMGAARD UP TO P4...!"

P5— Luca Rennick
P6— Davide DiMarco ↑
P7— Ailbeart Moireach ↓
"... Davide DiMarco in P6, Ailbeart Moireach in P7...!"
"WOOOOOOOOOOOHH!"
"....DAVIDE DIMARCO FINALLY MUSCLES HIS WAY PAST HIS RIVAL, AILBEART MOIREACH AND STORMS INTO P6..!"
"WOOOOOOOOOOOHH!"
"...rough and calculated, exactly what you will expect from Davide DiMarco, the golden star! Now in P6, BEHIND RENNICK..... we've seen this before already this evening! WE ARE ABOUT TO SEE IT AGAIN...!"
**Big rival behind. Big rival. Davide. Close to a second and moving fast. Aggressive**
Luca nearly jumped out of his cockpit at the mere mention of DiMarco's name over the radio. Instinctively, his eyes moved to the mirrors, scanning the now dark but illuminated atmosphere of Hungaro Ring. And there it was—DiMarco's RBioL, looming like a shadow beast, its lustrous aerodynamic appearance slicing through the illuminated darkness. Ailbeart's Renault wasn't far off either, tailing tight just behind.

"C'mon," Luca muttered through gritted teeth with a tight tone of urgency. He gripped the wheel harder, speaking to the machine and hyping it like it was his warhorse on a battlefield. "I can try something. Next back straight ahead."
