Chapter 210: Dark Gods Are Watching
Leo and the Devil King continued fighting, their battle destroyed everything around them thanks to the shockwaves. Both were seriously injured but wouldn’t give up as he dodged a sword swing.
Without waiting, he lashed out and threw a powerful California Smash that connected with the Fiend’s chest. A loud clap rang out before the devil shot off like a bullet and crashed into a nearby mountain.
He watched as a dust cloud erupted allowing him to quicky suck in more mana as it slowly mended his injuries. Leo spat up some blood while summoning his Demonic Soldiers and ordered. ’’Bring me all the dead bodies!’’
At his command, the beings scattered in every direction, a chaotic flurry of motion that brought a satisfied smile to his lips. Five minutes later, a pile of corpses began to take shape nearby, and he mused. ’Looks like the Light Goddess is about to lose.’
Just then, the Devil King returned and suddenly materialized in front of him. Leo chuckled before dodging the sudden punch by ducking low while sending mana to his fist and sprung forward.
With a fierce thrust, he drove his fist into the fiend’s stomach, unleashing a deafening boom that shattered the enemy’s armor in an instant. The devil’s eyes widened in horror before it sank its razor-sharp teeth into his shoulder.
Leo’s scream tore through the air, raw with agony, as he unleashed a flurry of punches into the fiend’s gut, trying to free himself. Blood sprayed in all directions, splattering the scene with crimson.
The beast’s jaws ripped into him, tearing a chunk of flesh from his body, and a blinding white haze flooded his vision from the searing pain. He didn’t give up and grabbed one of the Devil King’s horns before tearing it free from its head.
Moments later, Leo jumped back, his left arm limp as the devil destroyed all his nerves and tendons. The enemy stood up straight with glowing black eyes as he pointed at him. ’’You will die here, and I will rebuild my world on the ashes of yours,’’ it declared confidently.
Leo started laughing as he answered with blazing eyes. ’’No! I haven’t lost yet, devil!’’
In that moment, his torn flesh slowly began to knit itself together, a slow. Then, with the force of a blazing comet, he surged forward, crashing into the stunned fiend with earth-shaking ferocity.
He drew back, a primal roar tearing from his throat, and delivered a devastating headbutt, a strike so mighty it made the devil see white. The fiend landed blows of its own, and each strike tore open his skin.
Leo shrugged off the pain with an iron will. Fueled by sheer determination, he pressed onward, his one-handed punches striking with such cataclysmic force that the ground quaked beneath them and the sky itself seemed to shudder in awe.
For a fleeting moment, they stood locked in a brutal stalemate, their labored breaths mingling with the metallic tang of blood. Then, something shifted. Leo’s resolve hardened, a primal roar building in his chest.
Ignoring the searing agony coursing through his ravaged body, he exploded forward, his one good fist cocked back like a loaded cannon. The enemy, who was dazed and faltering, couldn’t react in time.
Leo’s punch landed square in the center of its face, a blow that shattered bone and sent a shockwave rippling through the air. The fiend’s head snapped back, its body swaying as black blood poured from its ruined maw.
Seizing the moment, he pressed his advantage and grabbed the Devil by its horn with his bloodied hand, yanking it down and driving his knee upward into its skull with a crack that split the silence.
The beast crumpled, its strength waning, but he wasn’t done. With a final, earth-rending roar, he reared back and delivered a headbutt so ferocious it seemed to quake the heavens, the enemy’s world darkening as it staggered, teetering on the edge of defeat.
Leo stood over it just as a horrible aura descended upon them and poured into the Devil King’s body. His eyes widened when he saw the injuries repair themselves as it climbed to its feet.
The fiend has a big smile as it exclaimed in a cocky tone. ’’The Dark Gods are watching and have chosen me to fight for them. Now it’s time for you to die, Demon King.’’
’What the fuck is this? Why hasn’t Dark appeared?’ he thought while trying to heal himself for round two.

While Leo was fighting for his life in the Demon Realm the Dark Goddess found herself banished and couldn’t enter the gods realm as they came together to fight of the new God Killer.
’Fuck! Why have the others joined the Light side? Unthinkable,’ she internally raged as the messenger finished speaking.
The older woman looked at the god with a knowing smirk as she transformed into a shadow monster before speaking. ’’Remember why I’m the Queen, Morpheus?’’
The older woman quickly engulfed the god as her eyes turned bright red. ’’I am Darkness! It was born from me! Now die like the rest will when my husband returns.’’
Moments later, Dark crushed the puny god and devoured the spirit so she could bring him back when things calmed down. Once that was over with, she stepped onto the fortress balcony only for a horrible pain to rip through her.
Her eyes widened in fear as she mumbled. ’’The Dark Gods are aiding the Devil King!’’
Following that, the goddess scanned the fortress to find Neemah the devil princess, and found her in a room. Dark teleported there only to scare the young woman as she requested with a panicked voice as the pain got worse. ’’Take me to your realm. Husband is in danger.’’
’’I’ll have to start a ritual. Rest assured I can do it,’’ Neemah replied while jumping up. ’’Are we both going, Goddess?’’
’’Yes,’’ she answered, her voice taut with urgency. ’’I have to merge with him. Your Father just gained a surge of power and is tearing Leo apart.’’
The Devil Princess’s eyes flared wide with dread, the horrifying revelation igniting a frantic energy within her. She threw herself into the task, her hands trembling yet resolute as she hastened to complete the ritual that would transport her them.

Leo crashed across the broken ground as the Devil King landed hundreds of blows that tore his body apart. He could barely stand as the pain was something else; he forced himself to fight.
The fiend moved in and went to kick him, but he quickly dodged the attack before hitting it with a fully charged Supernova Punch, which damaged the enemy and sent it skidding back, forcing him to dig deeper for power.
Seconds later, the devil appeared behind him and hit him with a hammer punch. Leo spat up blood as he crashed to the ground. It loomed over, the fiends newly surged power radiating like a dark storm.
Leo, already battered and bleeding, his left arm dangling uselessly as he struggled to rise. With a sneer, the Devil King swung a massive, clawed fist, smashing into his ribs with a sickening crack that hurled him across the scorched earth.
Dust billowed as he hit the ground, gasping, his vision swimming. Before he could recover, the Devil King stomped forward, driving a brutal kick into Leo’s side. Bones snapped, and a ragged cry tore from his throat as he crumpled, helpless against it.
Moments later, the fiend hoisted hum up by the throat, its grip iron-tight, and with a savage gleam in its eyes, snapped his spine. A guttural roar erupted from him, echoing through the realm, just as a shadowy beast materialized from the darkness.
Its razor-sharp claws plunged deep into the Devil King’s torso, black blood spurting as the fiend recoiled. Leo dropped from its grasp, collapsing to the ground, freed but broken, as the shadow monster’s intervention turned the tide.
At that moment, Neemah emerged, her hands glowing as she channeled a surge of mana into Leo’s battered body. The energy coursed through him, mending flesh and staunching blood, yet his shattered spine remained stubbornly broken.
Panic seized the young woman, her breath hitching, then Dark stepped forward, her expression shadowed by a frown. ’’Only my sister can mend you fully, my love,’’ she said. ’’Until you make her submit, I’ll support you.’’
The goddess melted into him and held his broken body together, allowing him to stand up as the Devil King returned with an enraged expression, its face suddenly dropped. Leo was now empowered by darkness itself.
’’Now to end this,’’ he said with glowing red eyes.
Without warning, Leo burst forward and punched the fiend, causing it to fly back. He followed behind with a roar and landed on the devil’s chest, which slammed the creature into the ground.
He continued to batter the enemy until it stopped moving, but he wouldn’t risk it. Leo grabbed the fiend’s throat and crushed it just before something appeared and slammed into his body like a wrecking ball.
