Kala also talked about the importance of having a perfect foundation for the Pokemons. Axel knew about this but he still wanted to get a second opinion from the third party.

Axel had never thought that the nature of a Pokemon would be difficult to change. He had never given it much thought but after looking at his Pokemon, it might be true. The only one that had changed the nature completely was Charizard when it evolved to Charmeleon and it was only due to evolution.

"I can do that but I suggest that you don't. Most of the Pokemons that we have just received still have 1-2 months of incubation time. We can only start to identify the potential of the Pokemons when the incubation time is 2-3 weeks. So, I suggest that you wait for some time cause I don't want you to miss out on the best ones."

Axel started to think cause when he first went to the egg building, he found out that there were some eggs on which his status move would not have any affect. He had so much in his mind that he forgot about it but now it made sense. Since the Pokemon inside the egg had not been fully formed, even the system could not tell much about the Pokemon much less Gora.

"Ok, I will wait for sometime. All of you, I want the Pokemons to be healthy and have a strong foundation. If you lack any resources, do tell me about and I will get it for you.

You will try to focus on tide battles and train these Pokemons based on them. Of course, if the Pokemon doesn't want to train in tide battles then we cannot force them.

I will also make some training plans for these Pokemons and tell you what kind of moves they should focus on.

"Well, that is better than nothing. By the way, when is the first Pokemon going to be born from those eggs?", asked Axel.

"I have good news for it. 1 egg of Gogoat and 1 egg of Vivillon would hatch after 8 hours if nothing goes wrong. Sir, we have not yet given the name of the day care. That is the only thing remaining in the registration process."

"Oh yes. Name it 'Blaze family day care'. Is there anything you need for the registration process?"

"No, your signature and your sister's signature have already been received. All the things are done. Here are the papers for registration. If you think that I missed anything, do tell me."

Axel went through the process and all of the things looked okay.

"Hello, Frank. It has been some time. What are you doing now?"

"Oh, I am just learning how to handle the gym. I just feel I am still very inexperienced on it and my Pokemons are not so strong. But I am doing my best. What about you? Congrats on being the first knight."

"Thanks. Frank, I actually called you cause I want you to help me in the new day care that I have just founded."

"Really? I bet that the royal family is supporting you."

"You are correct and I have some new employees out here but I don't trust them. I need someone that could not only oversee all the operations but also train the Pokemons in the day care."

"Axel, that is a big ask. I will be investing a lot of time, almost all of my there. I have to be a gym leader in the future and I need to raise my Pokemons too. Make connections to famous people and all sorts of things. How would I do that if I were to be your employee?"

"Hmm, are you ready to take over the gym from your father?", asked Axel.

"No, I only have a couple of king-rank Pokemons now. I still need a lot of variations of Pokemons from electric typing to take over the gym."

"That is great then. See, as I see it, you will not be taking over the gym for 5-10 years."

"Hey, that is a harsh judgment. I am planning to do it in 3 years."

If you want to become the champion of any region, your only hope is Aloha region and the future Paldea region. Because none of our generation is focusing on that.

You should also focus on tide battles not cause I want you to shine on it but for survival. The tide battles after a couple of years would be extremely hard to deal with and the league and also the gym leaders would have to personally participate in it. I just can feel it.

Morgan was all over the place as always. He was a happy-go-lucky guy and he was in his prime. The guy was around 40 years old and he was very robust.

"Morgan, don't you think that you have become sloppy nowadays?", asked Axel.

"What do you mean boy? Don't say such things if you don't know about it."

Morgan's voice was very serious. He didn't like the way Axel was talking to him.

"I didn't mean in that way. You are a soldier. A very good one. I don't know the ranks that you had at that time but you are filled with all the experience of tide battles."

"Yes, that I am. You have a good heart and mind.", said Morgan clearly happy about the comment.
