Those leaving the Saxon tower were right to worry because the moment Jennie found out about the news she destroyed everything in near sight. Unfortunately, the news found her in the indoor Mayfair gardens were both the wedding and reception were going to be.

After destroying the flowers, she was now sitting and crying as if the world had come to an end. One would think that she had lost a child to death, and it was not a case of pregnancy out of wedlock.

Jennie Mayfair was simply inconsolable; her daughter was a baby in her eyes. She had just come back home, and they had not spent enough time together. How could she be pregnant? Did it mean that she was going to marry and leave home?

Anna Lee meanwhile had tears of her own that she was trying not to shed. She was rifling her hands through torn petals with disbelief. How could a grown woman throw a tantrum the size of a hurricane?

Edward Mayfair had spoiled and pampered his wife so much that she lacked self-control.

"Look at what you have done Jennie Mayfair. Look at it!" Anna Lee exclaimed. "I cannot believe that you messed up everything, everything!" Anna Lee tugged at her front hair, her eyes moved from the broken ice sculpture, which was melting, to the wasted cream and large portion of the wedding cake which had been flown in just four hours ago. She almost sobbed when she saw the delicate broken glass chairs and broken porcelain flower vases which cost around six hundred thousand fog dollars each.

Why hadn't Jennie broken the cheap thing?

"I mean I understand that you are furious about your daughter's pregnancy but were you not the one that told me that Shanna's pregnancy was destined to be? You were celebrating when it was my daughter but on yours, you are ready to drown David in a lake of lava, and you invoked a hurricane to ruin this wedding. What are we going to do about this wedding now?" She spoke eyeing a nearby chair.

She took a seat, however its betrayal was instant. One second, she was seated, the next she was blinking up at the ceiling with her butt covered in cake cream.

"Aaaaahhhhhhh...." Anna Lee opened her mouth wide and screamed.

Edward who was fast approaching after getting the news about his wife's condition apologized to Anna Lee and helped her up while gesturing for a servant to help her.

"Please forgive me but still I have to shamelessly request that you and your team fix this place if you can to avoid disappointing our children. Use all the resources you need, I will cover the costs." He bowed respectfully and rushed to his wife's side.

He carried a crying Jennie away from the indoor gardens and took her to the main house.

Anna Lee was left scoffing and irritated. The Mayfair's were unbelievable; they had left all the work to her. Also, she could not remember the last time her husband spoiled her the way Edward spoiled Jennie.

"Hmph, does she lack legs?" she yelled out jealously. They totally deserved their daughter getting pregnant, now they could understand her position.

Meanwhile, inside the house, some of the Mayfair's met him in the lounge as they too had been rushing to the wedding venue, worry filled their eyes.

"Is she alright?" Collin asked his father who was rushing his wife to their room. He worried that his wedding would not happen because of his mother's condition, he was not getting married without one of his parents so if Jennie was out of it then they would cancel the wedding. Hopefully, Shanna would understand. "So, what if Pheebs is pregnant? It is not a big deal." He dropped the words like they cost him nothing.

Before Edward could say anything, Jennie wrenched herself free, stumbling back like Edward's touch burned.

"Not a big deal?" She swiped her cheeks, drying the tears. "How can you say that about your only sister? Don't you care about her reputation?"

"That's not...." Collin started

Jennie cut in and continued airing her grievances. "She did not tell me! I am her mother, and I had to find this out like some stranger? She is my only daughter-my baby girl I deserved to know more than anyone! Why could she tell strangers but not me? Have I not proven myself to be a good mother? Why does she hate me?" Her eyes moved to grandma Mayfair, she was awfully quiet on the issue.

"You knew, didn't you?" Jennie quizzed, her question laced with suspicion.

Letting out a weary sigh, grandma Mayfair nodded, sending them all into shock. "Yes, I have known for a few days, and I suggest that if you do not want to push her away put away this self-pitying attitude. Embrace the new change, so what if she is pregnant without a husband, can't we Mayfair's raise her baby? Do we lack money or resources?

I often think that our family is too small. We need more descendants so I hope this will not be her last pregnancy. I hope she will have quadruplets next time, married or not.

As for why she did not tell you Jennie, isn't that simple to understand why! Any young girl would be afraid to tell her parents that she is pregnant especially if she is not married. It was not because she loves you less, she just holds you in high regard. She is worried that you will be disappointed, and you will hate her after learning the news. Have you forgotten how the Gabriel's treated her?

If you confront her with your ridiculous accusations, you will push her away. Others in our society can point her fingers at her and judge her but it should not be her parents, especially not her mother. Phoebe will need you as the pregnancy progresses and when she has the baby."

"Oh dear! I had not thought about it like that." Jennie hand flew to cover her mouth. She started wiping her tears and feeling stupid for how she had acted.

Through the vast open doors, walked in a jolly Luna and Luke. Behind them were servants holding bags filled with baby stuff. They had bought the baby items the previous night but were only delivering them now.

"Let me guess, you heard the news as well. The news is everywhere. In fact, all the news out there is focused on the fact that David was chosen as President of the Saxon group and the fact that he put a bun in our sister's oven." Luke chuckled lightly.

"Goodness Luke do not speak about your sister that way, she is not an oven." Jennie condemned.

"Anyway, I thought that I would get my niece a few shoes and dresses, but things got out of hand." Luke stared back at the bags.

"Niece?" Those that were hearing for the first time shouted in unison.

"A girl, yey!" Andre did a giddy little jig, unable to contain himself.

"Star, her name is Star. Is that not the cutest name you have ever heard?" Luna chimed in.

Collin laughed, shaking his head. "Yes, it is, Shanna named ours Poppy we are having a boy. I could not wait so when we went to the hospital yesterday, I asked the doctor to tell us if it was a girl or boy." He informed them.

Grandma Mayfair cheered. "Yay! One of each, I love it." She clapped continuously.
