Starting as a Class Five Mutant-Chapter 645
Chapter 645 - 645
As the God of Dark Magic and the God of Death, Chthon was desperately struggling to survive in the face of a fatal crisis.
But just as he opened his mouth to speak, he felt everything about himself begin to vanish.
At that moment, Chthon was filled with terror and regret, wanting to beg for mercy.
Unfortunately, before he could utter a single word, he vanished completely.
The instant Chthon disappeared, his adversaries—Vishanti and several cosmic beings including Eternity—immediately sensed it.
They knew exactly who could perform such a feat.
In that moment, all eyes turned toward Syd in Universe-616, their hearts quietly filled with awe.
At this point—
Having just dealt with Chthon, Syd gave a final glance toward Eternity and the others. After thinking for a second, he didn't take any further action.
Those entities had little to do with him—there was no need to waste time on them.
Thinking this, Syd's thoughts turned to the Time Variance Authority—an organization that had repeatedly provoked him.
Previously, due to insufficient power—his divinity not yet reaching the multiversal level, and his "God Simulation Progress" not yet at 100%—he had hesitated to act. He hadn't been confident in facing Kang the Conqueror, the mastermind behind the TVA, fearing he might stumble and fall. So he had temporarily endured.
But now...
Syd had no intention of waiting any longer.
The moment the thought arose, space rippled like liquid.
A portal to the Time Variance Authority opened instantly.
On the other side stood a group of stunned TVA agents, eyes wide with shock.
The next second, Syd's glowing white, incomprehensible, formless, soulless, shape-shifting figure began to shrink slightly—
And drifted into the TVA's headquarters.
Watching him float inward, Mobius and the others were terrified.
They had, of course, witnessed the immense disturbance in Universe-616 not long ago.
So they knew exactly who the being before them was.
"You... What are you trying to do?"
"Why aren't the magic suppression devices working?!"
They were filled with both fear and confusion as they realized even the TVA—capable of suppressing the Infinity Stones—had absolutely no effect on the glowing white figure.
He still radiated light, remained formless, and floated in midair—completely unaffected.
It was the first time they had seen something so absurd.
Outside the main universe 616, Eternity and the others who hadn't yet left, also noticed Syd's movement.
"What is he doing?"
They wondered in confusion.
Inside the TVA—
Syd paid no mind to Eternity and the others. His attention was solely on Mobius and the TVA agents.
As for these ones who had caused him trouble multiple times, he couldn't even be bothered to speak.
Under their horrified stares, he merely looked at them.
The next moment, their bodies began to turn transparent.
In a blink, they each vanished, one by one.
The entire TVA instantly fell silent. Every member had been erased with a single thought.
And just like the Old Gods—completely and utterly erased.
Not even time travel could bring them back.
After finishing off the TVA members, Syd murmured to himself, "The end of time, huh..."
He already knew where Kang was hiding.
At the end of time, in a dark and lonely citadel.
There, one could even see the manifestation of the time stream.
So how would he get there?
Syd gave it a thought, and space rippled again.
In the next moment, a new portal appeared—leading to the citadel at the end of time.
Syd slowly drifted into the space-time rift.
At that same time—
On the other side of the portal, Kang the Conqueror, the hidden manipulator behind the TVA, stared in disbelief at the approaching figure.
"The white-cloaked one...?"
"The Creator God?"
Seeing the glowing, formless entity, Kang's expression grew complex.
He knew something about this being—and knew he was unique.
At one point, Kang had even considered grooming him as a successor.
That was why he had ignored the multiple reports from the TVA regarding Syd.
He had thought he could wait for the right time to nurture him.
Who would've thought this being was far more extraordinary than he'd ever imagined?
He had become something even Kang couldn't comprehend.
Kang knew exactly why Syd had come.
Of course, he wouldn't go down without a fight.
In the next second, he activated the time device on his wrist, trying to trim Syd from the timeline.
But what happened next stunned him.
No matter how many times he activated the time control functions on his wrist, no matter what kind of temporal energy he used—Syd remained completely unaffected.
"As expected..."
"Time has no effect on you?"
Kang muttered in disbelief, "You've transcended time completely...?"
Syd gave him a glance without answering.
The next second, Kang's body began to turn transparent.
He let out a bitter smile. Already knowing the outcome, he murmured, "What a terrifying being..."
Before he could even finish the sentence, he vanished completely.
Syd observed all this with a calm expression.
The next second, his gaze turned outward—beyond the citadel.
In the cosmic expanse surrounding the citadel, a long, radiant, white time stream twisted and looped.
But this stream wasn't whole—it had splintered into countless branches.
Syd wasn't surprised.
The Sacred Timeline had already collapsed. The appearance of branches was natural.
He didn't care.
To him now, time and space no longer held any meaning.
If he willed it, he could reconstruct the splintered timeline.
He could even erase the concept of a timeline from the multiverse entirely—without the slightest effort.
Just as he was about to act and tidy up the timelines—
He paused.
A face flashed through his mind—Loki.
Come to think of it, when he helped Thor and the others grow stronger in Asgard not long ago, he had completely ignored Loki?
"Ah, fine. I'll help him too."
With a single thought—
Loki, who was still on Earth and utterly confused, suddenly vanished.
In the next instant, he appeared inside the citadel at the end of time.
Staring at the glowing, formless figure before him, Loki's heart trembled.
