The Gentle Maiden and Five Lustful Brothers-Chapter 55: Viktor

Violet laid immobilized by Ash, laying perfectly still her mind was in a daze. She was stuck in a moment of awe. Ash leaned over, kissed her on the forehead. Leaving her on the bed he goes to the shower to relieve himself. This was something he wanted to give to her, he didn’t want her to return the favor right now. He just wanted to please her, remind her she was his girl and he’d always take care of her.

After showering he came out to find Violet curled up in the bed under the sheets and her clothes on the floor.

She was naked in his bed. He loved that.

Rubbing the side of her hair he gently shakes her, attempting to wake her.

"5 more minutes, Dad, please." Violet mumbled.

This made Ash chuckle "Violet, we have to go and do dinner. Everyone will be in attendance and there’s even a full staff tonight. So you have to shower and change into evening wear."

Hearing Ash’s voice more clearly now Violet woke up quickly. Ash stood before her in a

towel his hair dripping water. His whole chest was bare, his skinned shined still wet from the shower. His muscles looked so good in this lighting, he was so tall and well built. It would be easy to mistake him for a god in human

skin.

Violet couldn’t help but look him over appreciating every inch of his body. And he

felt her gaze, smiling knowing she was staring at him with those pink eyes like she wanted to touch every inch of him.

"You heard me, now get up. I’m going to grab my clothes and we’ll head to your room so you can get ready, I’ll finish in there." Ash said.

"Mhmm" Violet responded along with a nod.

Looking through his closet he finds a white shirt with silver buttons in the middle. He

picked grey pants and a black belt.

Walking back from the closet standing before Violet as he rolled up his sleeves, showing of his muscular forearm. His muscles filled out the shirt well.

Once they get into Violet’s room, he reminders her "there will be people waiting on

us if we don’t hurry."

"I know I’ll be quick." Violet said before quickly jumping into the shower. Rinsing the blood from her body and washing her hair, she was out of the shower almost as fast as she went in.

Wrapping a towel around her and tying her hair in a knot on the back of her head, she

rushed to her closet and quickly began searching through her closet for something suitable.

Violet knew Viktoria would look sexy and alluring, and she wanted to find her own

version of that look.

To complement Ash’s clothes she picked a short white dress. The top had soft sheer lace material that came up her neck, but opened at chest revealing her cleavage, the top had long sleeves that also opened, exposing her shoulders, she wore a black belt with it. She looked graceful and feminine.

Ash smiled at the beautiful angel standing in front of him, watching her twirl in the mirror examining her outfit.

"Let’s go we’re going to be late to dinner, and it’s literally downstairs." Ash was growing impatient.

"I just need a little bit of make up and I’m ready." Violet answered sitting at the vanity. Apply a light vanilla to her eyelids and a pixie silver powder to her eye creases. Powdering a bit of pink on her cheeks and lips making them pop just a little more. Violet grabbed Ash’s hand rushing out the door.

Violet was determined to change the way Viktoria felt about her. Dinner was her

opportunity to try. Making it down the stairs she sees Gabriel at the head of the table Riley next to him Jeremy was across from Riley next to Gabriel. They added the dinning extension piece giving the table 4 additional seats. Violet taking her usual seat and Ash takes a seat next to her. Oliver, Mr.Hyde, Viktor and Viktoria came in after. Oliver takes a seat on the other side of Violet, Viktor and Viktoria sat across from Violet and Ash, and Mr.Hyde sat at the foot of the table.

This was Violet’s first time seeing Viktor. He looked exactly like Viktoria, but his jawline was strong and his cheek bones were higher. His eyes had the same cold blue stare as Viktoria’s, but they weren’t as big or innocent looking. He was as beautiful as you would expect a pureblood vampire to be. Violet for a moment couldn’t break her stair. She’d never seen hair so black it looked like midnight. Viktoria’s had ravens black hair but Viktor was so dark it was almost like it was absent of color.

"Hello, I am Prince Viktor Drakarys, and it’s a pleasure to meet you." He said looking at Violet, staring deeply into her eyes, it made the hair on her body stand up. He had a thicker accent than Viktoria, her English was much better. He was terrifyingly beautiful. Something about the way he said pleasure made her feel uneasy. He wasn’t projecting his feelings like Viktoria, whose face screamed hatred and disgust. His thoughts were calm. Too calm. Violet was tempted to reach in and learn what he’s thinking, but she wasn’t that kind of person and no matter what her reason, she would never intentionally enter someone’s mind, and she remembered what Ash said about not letting anyone find out, and she knew that if Ash made it a demand, it was to be taken seriously.

"Hello, I’m Violet, Violet Velmont, pleased." Violet responded bowing her head.

He smiled as he sat down looking intensely at her. Ash growled at him as a reminder t mind his place, his status was much higher than Prince Viktor as the youngest of the purebloods.

"Well now that we’re all here, its so good to see my best friends sons and nephews all at one table," Hyde spoke "And my dear Violet, you look so lovely this evening, as pretty as an angel."

Viktoria and Viktor noticed that too. They both felt this unexplainable draw toward her. It intrigued Viktor and irritated Viktoria.

"Thank you, Professor Hyde, I thought I should dress up for such an important

occasion." Violet said in her usual sweet voice.

Riley was watching her, quietly observing her from the other end of the table. She did look cute in that little dress. It had been awhile since seeing her, but unlike everyone else in the room Riley didn’t feel that light from Violet, he didn’t sense that warmth she emanated around her. Riley was probably to evil for that, his humanity long gone.

"Uncle Hyde, call me Uncle Hyde. You’re family now." Hyde answered. ƒrēewebnoѵёl.cσm

"Okay, Uncle Hyde." Violet said pleased with being told she was considered as family.

Ash rolled his eyes knowing his Uncle was just trying to butter up. The lunatic didn’t consider anyone family, family was a construct he didn’t give a shit about. But the last thing Ash wanted to do was burst Violet’s bubble for arguments sake.

They conversed through dinner about nothing in particular until dessert was being

served.

"Tell me, Violet, what is there to do in this city of yours?" Viktor asked casually.

"Well, there’s good food, amusement parks, lakes, malls, I don’t know, lots of things I suppose, it just depends on what you would be interested in doing." Violet answered.

"Tomorrow night, treat me to a fun day around the town?" Viktor asked.

"I can do that, sure." Violet smiled. She felt hesitant, but she didn’t want to miss an opportunity to get closer to her future cousins.

"Great idea brother! Ash you too, we can all go!" Viktoria said in excitement, knowing this would be her opportunity to get some alone time with Ash. Her brother seemed interested in Violet and if he could distract Violet, maybe she could have Ash. The gears in her head began turning and she started planning how she would get Ash to herself.

Since the moment Viktor could smell Violet he wanted a taste, his sister could distract Ash long enough for Viktor to get his chance.

Violet was surprised to hear Viktoria’s enthusiasm and couldn’t help but feel a ping of jealousy in her heart. Ash was hers. Is hers. And Violet wouldn’t share him.

"We can make it a family adventure with Oliver, Jeremy, Gabriel and Uncle Hyde."

Violet smoothly suggested.

Viktoria immediately got heated but kept her mouth shut, she wasn’t dumb enough to argue it would give her away.

"Yes! That’s a great idea Violet, make it a family event!" Viktoria smiled coolly.

"What am I to be forgotten? Am I not family?" Riley spoke up acting offended.

Violet got uncomfortable with idea of Riley going anywhere with her. She hated Riley.

She looked at Ash with a worried look and he smiled a reassuring smile to her.

Viktoria could see Violet moving uncomfortable in her seat at the mention of Riley. And she took full advantage of this.

"Of course we could never forget you cousin Riley. It wouldn’t be a party without you there." Viktoria acted excited to hear Riley wanted to come. And played hard into the scene. "Would you really come Riley? It’s been so long since we had time together."

"Of course my favorite cousin, I wouldn’t miss such a fun event with my family." The way Riley dragged the word family made Riley shiver. She hated the idea of being with Riley, of him being the one she would end up mated with.

"Does no one disagree?" Uncle Hyde asked. "Good, then it’s a family event and we can

go tomorrow."
