Gu Jin’s fingers tightened around the lizard unconsciously. "And what makes Chaos stronger?"

Long Yifan’s gaze darkened with excitement.

"Chaos is the origin of everything. Before dragons, before phoenixes, before even the elements themselves, there was Chaos. It is the foundation of all creation and destruction.

A beast with the Lineage of Chaos doesn’t follow normal rules—it can evolve endlessly, surpassing any limit. It can use abilities beyond the known elements and grow stronger without restriction."

Si Kai took a step back, his face pale.

"Endless evolution... unrestricted growth..." His voice trembled. "That means... it could surpass dragons?"

Long Yifan nodded.

"Not just dragons. Everything. If Gu Jin nurtures it correctly, this tiny ’weak’ lizard could one day become the strongest existence in the summoning plane."

Gu Jin couldn’t breathe for a moment. She looked at the little creature in her hands, who was still nuzzling her fingers affectionately, completely unaware of the weight of its own existence.

Si Kai groaned and clutched his head.

Gu Jin was still trying to process everything.

"So you’re telling me... I contracted the only Chaos beast in this entire plane?"

Long Yifan smiled.

"Exactly. And if you raise it well, there will be no one who can stand against you. Not even those who have dragons or phoenixes."

But his smile suddenly vanished, replaced by a worried look.

"However, there is one problem. To compensate other beasts. The beast with chaos lineage has their core broken. They can’t cultivate directly, they need to heal their core first. Many chaos beasts fail to repair their beast core and cannot even cultivate it before dying."

Si Kai nodded as if enlightened,

"Do you know the way to repair its core?"

Si Kai rubbed the back of his head when realized that he had asked the wrong question.

After all, there are two types of beast tamer. First, the who cultivates Beast taming and awaken their own beast(the beast within them) and cultivate it.

Second was the beast taming, where a person tames the beast.

Long Yifan smiled,

"You are lucky, I had contracted a choas lineage beast too."

"But I thought it was a dragon." Gu Jin said with a puzzled look.

Long Yifan explained,

"The one which I had shown you was indeed a dragon lineage. However, I have three contracted beasts.

My second and third contracted beast have a chaos lineage and are currently in slumber. I can’t take them out for now."

Gu Jin’s eyes widened.

"You have two Chaos lineage beasts?"

Si Kai nearly choked. "Two?! And you’re saying that so casually?!"

Long Yifan chuckled.

"Well, like I said, they’re both in slumber. Their cores were broken when I found them, just like your little lizard."

Gu Jin looked down at the chubby white lizard in her arms.

It tilted its head, letting out a soft chirp, completely unaware of how special it was.

Si Kai, still in shock, waved his hands.

"Wait, wait. If you already have two Chaos lineage beasts, doesn’t that mean there is more than one per plane?"

Long Yifan shook his head.

"No, each summoning plane only has one Chaos lineage beast at a time. But if a Chaos beast is brought here from another plane, then there can be more."

Si Kai frowned.

"So your Chaos beasts aren’t originally from this plane?"

Long Yifan smirked. "Exactly."

Gu Jin tightened her grip on the little lizard.

"Then... does that mean my lizard was born in this plane?"

Long Yifan nodded.

"It must be. That’s why it’s so weak right now. Newly born Chaos beasts are always at their weakest state. They’re like a blank slate, unable to cultivate, unable to awaken their true abilities."

Si Kai sighed. "So it really is useless for now."

Gu Jin shot him a glare. "Don’t call it useless."

Si Kai raised his hands in defense.

"Fine, fine! I get it! It’s not useless, just... in need of a lot of work."

Long Yifan laughed.

"That’s true. But, since I have experience with Chaos lineage beasts, I can help you."

Gu Jin’s eyes lit up.

"You know how to repair its core?"

Long Yifan nodded.

"Yes. But it’s not easy. The process is slow, and it will require rare resources. Plus, the lizard itself has to endure a lot of pain."

Gu Jin frowned and looked at the tiny creature in her hands.

It seemed so fragile right now.

Could it really handle the pain needed to fix its core?

As if sensing her thoughts, the lizard suddenly let out a determined chirp. Its round eyes shone with an unshakable will.

Gu Jin smiled.

"Alright. Tell me what I need to do."

Long Yifan crossed his arms.

"First, you need to stabilize its body. Right now, it’s too weak to even begin the process of healing its core. Use your plant element’s healing ability daily to strengthen it."

Gu Jin nodded. "I can do that."

"Second, you’ll need a Chaos Stone. It’s a rare mineral that contains traces of chaotic energy. It can help stimulate the lizard’s bloodline and slowly repair its core."

Si Kai groaned. "Great, another super rare item. Where are we supposed to find that?"

Long Yifan smirked.

"There’s one place where Chaos Stones appear—the Abyss Rift. But that place is filled with high-level beasts and unstable space cracks"

Gu Jin remained calm.

"Where exactly in the Abyss Rift can we find a Chaos Stone?"

Long Yifan’s smirk deepened. "At the very center."

Si Kai nearly collapsed.

"Of course. Of course, it’s at the most dangerous part of the Rift. Why wouldn’t it be?"

Gu Jin, however, only nodded. "Then I’ll go."

Si Kai looked at her like she had lost her mind.

"Are you insane?! You just got your contracted beast, and now you want to charge into the Abyss Rift?"

Gu Jin glanced down at the tiny lizard, who was staring at her with trusting eyes. She felt a strange warmth in her heart.

"I made a promise," she said firmly. "And I always keep my promises."

"I heard you were also planning to go to Lightning Mountain?" Long Yifan asked curiously.

Gu Jin raised an eyebrow warily,

"Why? Are you planning to go there too?"

Are you planning to snatch away the thunderstone?

Even though Gu Jin didn’t ask that question, Long Yifan understood.

For a moment he was speechless and then he couldn’t help but laugh,

"No. My thunder element has already reached the Heaven Rank. I won’t be needing the thunder mystic stone in Lightning Mountain."

Si Kai was surprised.

"Heaven Rank?! You’re saying that like it’s normal! Do you know how crazy that is?"

Heaven Rank was the peak of the magic cultivation.

(Primary --> Intermediate --> Advanced --> Super --> Emperor --> Heaven)

Gu Jin, however, stayed focused.

"If you don’t need the Thunder Mystic Stone, then why ask about Lightning Mountain?"

Long Yifan smirked.

"Because I figured you’d want to train there. Since you’re already planning to risk your life in the Abyss Rift, why not use Lightning Mountain to strengthen yourself first?"

Si Kai groaned.

"Oh, great. More life-threatening ideas. Why not just take a vacation instead?"

Gu Jin ignored him and thought carefully.

It was true that she wasn’t strong enough yet. Lightning Mountain was dangerous, but it was also a place where powerful beasts and cultivators tempered their abilities.

If she trained there first, she’d be more prepared for the Abyss Rift.

"You’re right," she admitted. "I should go to Lightning Mountain first."

With all of these elements as well as space and artifacts, Gu Jin was sure that she could easily obtain the thunder stone.

As if sensing her thought process, Long Yifan frowned and explained to her,
