Urban Super Soldier King-Chapter 849: The Scenery in the Small Woods
Chapter 849: Chapter 849: The Scenery in the Small Woods
Su Yongzhen was a bit confused. Why wasn’t Xiang Yu worried about all this? Could it be that he had already given up on the track, or did he simply not care at all?
But last night, Xiang Yu had clearly expressed his stance. He really liked that place and even wanted to transform the center into a pond.
Little Xuan had originally been very worried, but after hearing that Xiang Yu knew about the matter, he relaxed.
"Don’t worry, now that my brother knows about this, there won’t be any problems." Little Xuan could see Su Yongzhen’s concern and comforted him.
"You guys trust him way too much." Su Yongzhen knew it was pointless to argue with the two of them further, so he just sat there in silence.
He hadn’t told Sun Bo about this yet, because Sun Bo was simply too busy. He was responsible for everything at the Yuran Group and was always swamped every day. If he knew someone had planted bombs on the track, who knows how he would react.
Little Xuan and Tie Zhuzi casually grabbed something to eat, then headed to the university to watch Xiang Yuchen practice.
Xiang Yuchen had moved his practice location to a small grove on campus. There was an empty area there with a set of stone tables and benches.
Tie Zhuzi and Little Xuan sat at the table playing chess, but Tie Zhuzi was terrible at it and frequently lost to Little Xuan.
Though his chess skills were poor, Tie Zhuzi had a knack for cheating, which often left Little Xuan speechless.
The grove on campus was like a paradise for university students, especially at night. Many students secretly dated there, and discordant sounds could often be heard from all around.
Not far from them, a man and a woman were whispering sweet nothings. Initially, the girl just wanted some light intimacy, but the guy tried to take things further, which she refused.
This grove rarely had visitors, and the man was emboldened by this fact to act without restraint.
Tie Zhuzi and Little Xuan, sitting not far away, heard the commotion and looked over, spotting two figures entwined together in the distance. frёeωebɳovel.com
"That’s it. I’m done." Tie Zhuzi, realizing he had lost yet another round, resorted to his usual trick of quitting mid-game.
The two of them glanced at Xiang Yu, seeing his expression calm as water. At that moment, it was as if he had entered a hollow state, merging seamlessly with his surroundings.
Little Xuan exchanged a glance with Tie Zhuzi, signaling not to disturb Xiang Yu, and then the two turned toward the couple ahead.
Tie Zhuzi, amused by the potential for drama, leaned nonchalantly against a nearby tree, grinning at the scene unfolding before him.
Little Xuan shook his head and intended to step forward to intervene, but Tie Zhuzi stopped him.
"Why are you poking your nose in? Can’t you see they’re busy having fun?" Tie Zhuzi shot Little Xuan a look and said, clearly finding the live ’romance’ quite entertaining.
"There are people watching! Please, just let me go!" the girl was practically begging.
"You don’t need to lie. There’s never anyone here during the day—I’ve checked it thoroughly," the man sneered.
"Help us!" The girl turned to Tie Zhuzi and Little Xuan, appealing with her eyes.
Noticing the girl’s desperate expression, Tie Zhuzi straightened his back and strode over purposefully.
When the man saw Tie Zhuzi approaching, he quickly pulled up his pants in a panic.
"What do you want?" The man, seeing Tie Zhuzi’s burly frame, was clearly intimidated but still mustered the courage to shout.
"Oh, nothing much. I couldn’t see clearly from afar, so I came closer for a better look," Tie Zhuzi chuckled.
The man froze for a moment, wondering if this large guy was a fool.
"Why don’t you go home to your mom? She can teach you how to behave," the man smirked maliciously.
Hearing this, Tie Zhuzi’s face immediately darkened. Having lost his parents at a young age, he was particularly sensitive about anyone mentioning them.
This punk dared to joke about his parents—Tie Zhuzi instantly lost his composure.
From behind, Little Xuan saw the change in Tie Zhuzi’s demeanor and rushed forward, wrapping his arms around Tie Zhuzi’s waist to stop him. He turned to the man and said, "Just leave now, or he’ll beat you senseless."
The man, seeing their behavior, smirked with disdain. "You two can quit the act. Who’re you trying to scare? Do I look like a three-year-old to you?"
Tie Zhuzi couldn’t hold back anymore. His eyes widened as he tried to break free of Little Xuan’s grip.
Little Xuan, now holding on tighter, shouted at the man standing off to the side, "Get lost, now!"
"I don’t buy it. You two idiots don’t even know who I am, do you? Among the university’s sanda fighters, no one’s my match," the man said smugly, rolling up his sleeves. Meanwhile, the girl stood to the side, sobbing quietly as she adjusted her clothes, before running off into the distance.
Their relationship had begun through WeChat. What she thought was a new boyfriend turned out to be a beast in disguise.
"Let go of me, Little Xuan! I have to teach him a lesson!" Tie Zhuzi shouted.
Little Xuan wasn’t as strong as Tie Zhuzi. Though he held on tightly, Tie Zhuzi eventually broke free.
The punk in front made the first move, delivering a heavy punch to Tie Zhuzi’s face.
Instead of getting angry, Tie Zhuzi laughed and grabbed the man by the neck.
The man tried to dodge but was shocked to find that despite Tie Zhuzi’s large size, he was incredibly fast. And what’s more, Tie Zhuzi’s grip was absurdly strong.
Tie Zhuzi lifted the man off the ground as if he were a child.
The man dangled in the air, finally realizing the gravity of the situation. He had always been a champion in sanda competitions on campus, but he couldn’t even last a single round against this brute.
Tie Zhuzi tossed him to the ground like a rag doll, then pounced on him, punching him mercilessly.
At this rate, the man would be beaten to death. Just then, Xiang Yu walked over and stood beside Little Xuan, asking, "What’s going on...?"
