Chapter 852: 852: Grab by the Collar

With the Thunder King suddenly grabbing his collar, Shen Jueyang was calm and didn’t struggle much. The man in front of him is Yue Xuexia’s biological uncle after all. There is no way he would be rude to this person. He was about to explain the situation when suddenly Yue Huashui, this blue lotus flower spirit came to the gates with the intention of helping their uncle carry the breakfast inside only to see someone grabbing him in front of their house.

Yue Huashui, a teenager who looks like he is barely a young adult, immediately comes to help his uncle. He grabbed the rude and big uncle’s arm and said, "Who are you!? Let go of Uncle Shen!"

On the day, Yue Zhiya and Lei Liye had broken through to King realm, Shan Du, Dian Yin and Huan Xun had all brought back the children to the Regal Lei Clan and told them everything that had happened. They had heard everything Shan Du had witnessed and experienced himself. So everyone in the Regal Lei Clan knew the current situation of Yue Xuexia. A personal written letter by the Immortal Sun Emperor himself had been sent to the Lei Clan to explain the events that happened afterwards. After all, what Shan Du knew was only until the part where the little highnesses had broken through and that they were sent out of the ruins by the primordial lightning god himself.

The letter from the Immortal Sun Emperor had allowed the Regal Lei Clan to know that Yue Xuexia was alright and that she had fallen into a slumber after inheriting the Legacy of their ancestor. The results of this year’s excursion was enough to shock everyone from the Regal Lei Clan. Not only three new elders at God King realm had appeared in their clan, two young king realm individuals had been born as well. The whole clan tried all means to hide some of the facts. They couldn’t hide the fact about Shan Du, Huan Xun and Dian Yin breaking through the king’s realm , increasing the overall strength of their clan.

But the fact that the little princes, Yue Zhiya and Lei Liye, breakthrough in such a realm at such an age due to the blessing of their ancestor’s presence was something they keep as a secret that cannot be easily spoken by anyone. To hide it, Shan Du, Dian Yin and Huan Xun openly let others know about their breakthrough just to protect the two princes. After all, these little princes are not even adults yet but their realm is already the same as the old timers in their clan.

There is also the fact that the missing prince of the Moon Clan had come back with his cousin and reached the Yue family as well.

Core Haven. Regal Lei Clan’s Territory...

At the main palace of the Lei clan, important guests were welcomed by the royal family into their castle. The receiving hall, covered with open luxury mixing with big armors and blades, mostly high grades artifacts in display. The important guests for today are the Everlasting Moon Empire’s Crown Prince, Yue Leiya, and his Prince Consort, Lei Ruiye. They were here to pick up their son, Yue Zhiya.

The one who welcomed them was the parents of Lei Liye, Prince Ruyi from the lineage of Ancestor Lei Yuwang and his princess consort, Huan Changle.

"Welcome to the castle, Crown Prince Leiya, Prince Consort Ruiye! Changle greets highness!" Princess Huan Changle said.

As someone from the branch family, Princess Changle felt that her standing before the royal family was the lowest and would greet them like a servant.

Prince Consort Lei Ruiye immediately stopped his sister-in-law from bowing. "Princess Changle, younger sister-in-law. Please don’t bow like that. We are family. This isn’t something you mustn’t do between families!"

Princess Changle nervously observed the Prince Consort and the Crown Prince from the Yue Clan. Upon seeing their friendly smile, the anxiety in her heart slowly fades. A smile appeared on her face and finally looked at them.

"Thank you, please take a seat. My husband should be coming soon with the children. They were having a training at the open field," Princess Changle explained as she gestured to the servants to serve the guests.

After waiting for a while, Prince Lei Ruyi, brought his son Lei Liye and Yue Zhiya to see the guests. The moment Yue Zhiya saw his parents, he looked surprised at first but immediately ran towards them while calling for them.

"Imperial Father! Imperial Papa!" Yue Zhiya called as he hugged his parents.

His face was covered in tears as he hung the Prince Consort. After witnessing the death of his elder sister, Yue Hualei and that figure full of sadness and loneliness of his aunt, he felt uncomfortable in his heart. He wouldn’t cry in front of others. He can only cry at night alone or with Lei Liye who suffered the same pain and agony. Lei Liye is still alright as he can run to find his parents as this place is his home. Yue Zhiya, on the other hand, was on the verge of breakdown. Not only had he lost a sister, he didn’t even see his aunt for the last time. The last look he had of his aunt was her lonely and sad back. He wasn’t even able to hug her for the last time before he was brought here.

Crown Prince Yue Leiya and Prince Consort Lei Ruiye hug their son who is now crying without retrain. He had tried enough to fall asleep afterwards making his parents feel sad for their son. Lei Liye was also affected and cried with him now the two of them had fallen asleep from fatigue from training and crying.

Princess Changle said, "Prince Zhiya had actually been crying all the time at night. When we ask what is wrong he is not willing to tell us. But I have asked my son about it and he said that it’s because they miss their aunt. We actually don’t know who this aunt they are talking about."

"Even the elders don’t dare to say who this aunt the children had met," Prince Lei Ruyi said. "Do you know who this aunt is? Li’er says that this aunt has beautiful silver hair. So I thought maybe she is from your clan."

Crown Prince Yue Leiya said, "She is my younger sister, Yue Xuexia. She is indeed the aunt of Zhi’er and Li’er."

"I see. No wonder Second Uncle Yuye had left for the outskirts," Prince Lei Ruyi said.

Prince Consort Lei Ruiye said, "We’ve long known that Zhi’er had been found by his Aunt Xue so we truly didn’t worry much about him. But... Zhi’er’s cultivation... What happened?"

"This is actually not a secret within the family. Your sister had brought them to the Lighting Ancient God’s Abode, in the inner ring region where they were able to meditate in the Lightning Source Hotspring. Also... It seems that they had met the Lord Ancestor, the Primordial Lighting God!" Prince Lei Ruyi whispered.

Gasp~

Prince Consort Lei Ruiye was shocked. He knew what it meant by meeting their progenitor. Just seeing their own bloodline origin is enough to resonate your bloodline with your ancestor. This resonance will give you a buff effect in cultivation.

He said, "No wonder Zhi’er’s cultivation had reached this high."

The four adults had quite a long conversation that had lasted for hours. Of course, Crown Prince Yue Leiya didn’t ask much about his younger sister as he knew that no one would be able to tell him about what is truly the situation on Yue Xuexia’s side. He decided to wait for his Uncle Yuye to visit his father. After talking all afternoon, the couple carrying their children with them had decided to go home after bidding farewell to the Lei family.

Yue Leiya dropped by to say goodbye to his grandfather Yuhuang before taking his family with him to head home. Thankfully, there was no ambush on their way home and finally brought little prince Yue Zhiya to his home.

Back to the outskirts. In front of Yue Xuexia’s small courtyard.

The Thunder King, Lei Yuye, grabbed the man who suddenly came out of the courtyard where he heard where his niece was supposed to be staying. It wasn’t as if he never met the Immortal Sun Emperor before, it’s just that the well known trademark for the Sun Emperor is his blazing red hair as if it was made of fire itself. Now that this hair had been disguised by Shen Jueyang into an obsidian shade.

For this Immortal Sun Emperor, being grabbed by some by his clothes was his first experience. It was quite a unique experience for him to be treated like this. After all, except from when he was young and his whole village was massacred, he had lived his life as one of the strong. When he grew up into an adult, he was almost undefeatable and no one treated him this way.

Lei Yuye noticed the small smile that suddenly appeared at the corner of Shen Jueyang’s lips and frowned just seeing it. Despite a young man like Yue Huashui stopping him from making a move, Lei Yuye was pissed seeing Shen Jueyang’s reaction.

"What are you smiling at?! Do you want to get beaten up!?" The Thunder King shouted.
