He jumped at me with full force, but he was soon stopped by a thick invisible barrier around me.

His face contorted when his attack did nothing to me.

Feeling amused by his reaction, I asked, "Surprised?"

He immediately backed off, feeling something was wrong.

I haughtily said, taking my steps at his direction.
