As his head fell down, everything turned back to normal.

I stood behind him. My back is straight, my face not showing emotions at all.

But not everything you see is real.

Soon, I began to bleed from my nose and even coughed up a mouthful of blood.

Using my domain for so long did indeed damage my body.

Even though I know, I am going to recover from it pretty soon. But it is still a risky matter.

I put my sword back in my storage and turned to look at the beheaded body of the vampire mage.

I, who was at the peak of rank 1 in demonic mana, can see my rank going up now.

All of his mana soon flowed into my veins, reaching my core.

My core was completely filled with demonic mana; now what was left was for me to break through.

I was finally ready to get to rank 2.
