He is no fool, he must have figured out my identity by now. However, it probably means that as long as I do respect him, there is room for negotiations'

The smile below Takeshi's mask had become demonic.

The battlefield had changed him.

Hosting Matatabi, even if there had yet to be any interaction between the two-tailed and the man thanks to the excellent Water Demon Seal, had changed him.

Otuka giving up on him for the sake of the mission had changed him.

His goal, however, had not changed.

He would survive.

He would become the strongest.

He would make Kirigakure his personal, ultimate kingdom.

It did not matter if he killed important characters. Darui and Yugito were out of equation. And based on the mission shared by Seiryu...It looked like he would have opportunities in the future.
