Reborn in the Survival Adventure Game-Chapter 39: Earth Golem
Chapter 39 - 39: Earth Golem
Afternoon came. The sun was warm, and Caelen was sitting near the garden, thinking.
Then he remembered something.
"...Wait. I have Earth magic."
He stood up fast and opened his magic menu.
He picked the skill: [Earth Magic: Create Golem]
He pointed to the ground.
Nothing happened.
"Eh?"
He tried again.
Still nothing.
"Come on..."
Third time, the ground rumbled a little. A small golem slowly rose up from the dirt. It had arms, legs, a round head, and a rough body.
It stood there, not moving.
"Why isn't it working?"
He looked closely.
"Looks solid... but it's just standing there."
Then he remembered the golems from the game he used to play. They had a glowing spot in their chest—like a power core.
"Wait... maybe it needs a crystal."
He opened his inventory and pulled out a magic crystal he found earlier.
It was small but shiny.
Caelen pushed the crystal into the golem's chest.
Nothing for a second.
Then—its eyes glowed faintly. It moved its arms slowly and stood tall.
[System: Successfully created working Earth Golem]
[Durability: 20/20]
[Enter commands: walking, fighting, helping, etc.]
His mouth dropped open. "It worked!"
Zira walked over. "What did you do?"
"I made a golem."
Garin came running too. "What's that?"
"A moving rock guy."
The golem stood still, waiting.
Caelen opened the menu and typed:
[Command: Dance]
The golem suddenly started waving its arms. Then it stomped left, stomped right, spun around, and raised its arms like a cheer.
The kids ran over. Miko laughed out loud. Rena pointed. "He's dancing!" fгeewebnovёl.com
Caelen grinned. "Let's make another."
He used the same magic again. This time it only took one try. He placed another magic crystal inside, and the second golem lit up.
Now there were two golems.
He made them face each other.
[Command: Dance together]
The two golems began a slow silly dance. One raised a hand. The other spun in place. Then both kicked one leg and stomped at the same time.
Everyone burst out laughing.
Even Zira.
She was holding her sides. "What is this? They look so serious but so dumb!"
Caelen laughed too. "They got the moves."
The goblin kids started clapping to a rhythm. Garin even tapped a stick on a rock like a drum.
It turned into a small dance show.
After a while, Caelen gave them a final command:
[Command: Guard gate]
The two golems marched to the edge of the village and stood there. Still, but watching.
"Now we have guards," Caelen said.
Zira looked impressed. "You really made that with magic?"
"Yeah. But it took a while to figure it out."
"They look strong."
"Durability is 20 out of 20."
Zira tilted her head. "You always surprise me."
Caelen shrugged. "I just try stuff."
Zira looked at him for a second longer than usual.
The kids kept watching the golems. Garin looked thoughtful.
"You think they can help at the farm?" Garin asked.
Caelen nodded. "If I add the right command, maybe."
Zira stood beside Caelen. "So... what next, Mr. Magic Builder?"
Caelen rubbed his chin. "Maybe a golem that cooks."
Zira giggled. "That's dangerous."
He grinned. "Yeah, maybe just a helper."
She smiled at him. "You know... I like this place."
He blinked. "Really?"
"Yeah. It feels safe."
She glanced at the golems, then at Caelen.
He looked confused. "Is it because of them?"
"No," she said, then looked away.
He didn't get it.
But she smiled anyway.
