"Here," she said, handing it to Gu Jin.

Gu Jin took the stone and examined it. It was blue and faintly glowing, but something felt off. She channeled a small amount of mana into it, and the glow flickered unnaturally. Her eyes narrowed.

"This isn’t a real Summoning Stone," she said and passed it back.

The young woman didn’t move. "It’s real," she insisted. "300 million yuan. Take it or leave it."

Gu Jin let out a short laugh and turned away. "I’m leaving."

Just as she stepped forward, five figures emerged from the shadows. They surrounded her, blocking every escape.

One man cracked his knuckles. "You shouldn’t have done that."
