After the rooftop visit, madam Qian pulled Alix aside for a private conversation. They were joined by the unidentified woman that kept sending Alix furtive glances.

It made her a bit uncomfortable and as soon as they found themselves isolated on the steps leading into the main building, Alix shrugged her hand away from the madam Qian.

She set herself apart from the two women, standing to one one side and looked at Madam Qian. "Erm, madam Qian, not that I do not appreciate your help but what are you two being cagey about?"

Madam Qian put her hand on Alix's arm. Alix was coming to the realization that the woman was quite touchy when you got to know her.

"Teacher Xi Xi, It's not something bad, it's actually good news." She used informal language, switching from the young madam address she had been using earlier.

"This is madam Zhou Ke Qin. I dragged her with me because....." Madam Qian broke off and looked around like a thief that was about to reveal a great secret to a treasure. Then she whispered, "She has the same problem I did. I told her that you can help."

Alix looked at the stoic faced middle aged woman that was acting as if she was not the one being discussed. Pride___, Alix had been struggling to name the feeling which she was getting from this Zhou Ke Qin and she finally had an answer. It was pride, not the kind which came from simple arrogance but the kind was inherited and imbibed as one grew up.

Judging from her appearance which Alix scanned from head to toe, she could see the wealth on the surface. The bag was a designer brand, the grey checked coat and sneakers too, were designer items.

The sneakers made Alix curious. Why had she chosen them over heels, boots or any other shoes?

"Thank you." Alix said, happily. She had heard enough and there was nothing else she needed to know. If it was a cheque, she was very sure that it would clear.

Alix smiled and the woman warmly and extended her hand forward. "Hello madam, I will be very happy to help you. Tell me what you need, twins, triplets, quadruplets, I have it all."

The woman looked at Alix as if she was a lunatic. Did she hear herself?

Madam Qian guffawed. "Xi Xi dear, you sound like a child trafficker right now."

Alix twisted her lips and backed off. "Do I?"

"Don't worry, I am sure that madam Zhou appreciates the enthusiasm." Madam Qian told her.

She bumped into the woman and indicated at her to speak to Alix.

Madam Zhou cleared her throat and tucked her long black hair behind her left ear. Then, she lowered her nodded at Alix and said stiffly. "Greetings teacher."

"En." Alix responded.

She was trying to get a handle on madam Zhou's behavior. She was proud and also stand-offish it seemed. The woman did not look too friendly.

"You don't need her to be your friend, you just need her money." The system told her.

Alix took the system on it's wise words and maintained her smile. "If you trust madam Zhou then you can trust me. But, I want immediate payment depending on the number of children you want. I usually charge ten million per child, just ten million."

Madam Zhou looked at madam Qian and raised her eyebrows.

Then, she looked at Alix and said, "Ten million is not cheap."

"What you seek is impossible for others but not for me. I am only the person in the world that can give you what you desire....." Alix trailed off because three cars drove into the school and parked in front of the main building as well.

Out from one came grandpa Tai, and chairman Tai. From another alighted Tai Jiaan and from the last, elder Ren and a teenage girl.

As if the old man could sense her magically, his eyes were immediately drawn to Alix and he waved his hands eagerly. "Sweetie, grandpa is here,"

Alix was confused and the main reason for that was because she had not invited him or any of the Tai's. She was not going to do some big opening ceremony now. Maybe when the renovations were done but not now. When her eyes landed on the flowers which a driver handed to grandpa Tai, she smiled.

"Grandpa.." she called out in an excited voice and she waved both of her hands in the air. "Excuse me." she told the two women and she bounded down the steps eagerly.

Madam Zhou looked at madam Qian and asked her, "Do my eyes deceive me or is that elder Tai?"

Madam Qian replied with a nod. "Yeah, he has been going around calling her his granddaughter. From the looks of things, it's not just a whim. You missed my benefit so you were not there to witness the dramatic way he bid money on her."

"I heard." Madam Zhou responded.

Madam Qian grabbed the arm of her friend and told her, "You should trust her. If it doesn't work she can always refund your money. It's not as if you have no idea where to find her."

They had both been under the same pressure and endured the same whispers and side eyes for so long. Alix was the savior that had been sent to save them from all the shame. Madam Qian would willingly give Alix reviews online if she had a hospital but because she didn't, she would find her other wealthy women with fertility issues.

Madam Zhou looked at madam Qian's stomach which was not swollen yet. Her friend had already confirmed her pregnancy in five different hospitals. Perhaps it would be better for her to take the plunge and soon she would have her own good news. "I am doing this because I have your word."

Alix meanwhile was in for a shock as grandpa Tai and elder Ren told her that they had brought the two children over to enroll them into Fuwen academy.

"Why?" she blurted out.

It was her assumption that the two children had been attending excellent schools. Why drag them from there to here? Did they know the ranking of Fuwen academy in the nation? Should she tell them?

"Your grandfather sent me a list of open positions for reputable teachers in the school. I came to be your art teacher." Elder Ren replied.

Again, Alix responded with the same question. "Why?"

Also, a question which she didn't voice, how did grandpa Tai know about the positions she needed to be filled?

Her eyes were wide with innocence and she was so lost. This was almost like a dream, the national painter, teaching art at her school. Wouldn't this raise the portfolio of Fuwen academy?
