Trapped In A Novel As The Breeding Mate For Four Powerful Alphas-Chapter 106: Can you please pass me the honey?
Chapter 106: Can you please pass me the honey?
So, I was able to let out a little bit of my frustration on Sun Seo-Jun, but now what?
Even if I do hate him the most, he’s still one of my masters. And though I don’t plan on giving him any of my smiles, I still have to at least be respectful.
Just thinking about it made me grind my teeth. Why was he so annoying?
Even as we ate our meal, he did not take his eyes off me, glaring daggers accompanied by lightning bolts at me. He wasn’t even eating, and yet he was disrupting me, who simply wanted to eat in peace with those questioning gaze of his.
He was trying to figure me out, and I could hear his thoughts loud and clear as if they were being spoken in the open. His expression gave him away.
Unlike the rest who I could seldom tell what they were thinking, he apparently wore his thoughts on his face.
And what he was thinking was,
’What’s going on? I don’t understand. It’s only been three weeks, and though I did hear he got into an accident and went into a coma, I did not expect to see this.’ he glanced at the others and then back at me. He literally has them wrapped around his fingers in such a short time frame. How did he do it? What’s so good about him?’ frёewebηovel.cѳm
His thoughts were so loud that I couldn’t even pretend not to know. He began to assess me as well. Scanning my features to know if it had something to do with my body, and this made it hard for me to gulp.
He wasn’t even trying to be secretive about it and was outright being rude.
’He attacked me out of the blue, but they blindly side with him.’ He clicked his tongue in annoyance. ’This is getting on my nerves. Something is definitely going on. I don’t know what it is, but I’m going to figure it out, and when I do, I’m going to snap that slave into two.’
Ah, he was going to snap me in half. I was ’soooo’ scared. Could he be any more obvious? If he wasn’t going to eat and just inconvenience others, he could just wait till we were done.
What was this?
I glanced at Min-Cheol, who held a rather cold gaze with his fork held upwards as he glared in Seo-Jun’s direction. He looked like he wanted to go for the kill, but was restraining himself.
Guess I wasn’t the only one who could tell what he was thinking. My poor baby Min-Cheol, you don’t have to make that sort of expression because of the likes of him.
Bring back your Innocence.
"Little Min," I called with a little smile, and he snapped out of his dark gaze, turning to me with a bright smile.
"What is it, Hyung?" He asked, and I felt proud.
Yes, this was the way it should be. Be soft to me and cold to that bastard.
"Can you please pass me the honey?" I asked, and he nodded. He was about to grab it when Seo-Jun grabbed it first and sneered.
"You want this, right?" He asked, and my soft smile fell, same with the look in my eyes. "Allow me,"
He popped up the lid and then squirted the honey all over my pancakes in a messy order, even getting the table dirty.
"There, enjoy." He smirked and tossed the honey aside.
I looked at the mess he had made on my pancakes and tilted my head aside, my glazed eyes looking towards a past memory.
Maybe I should’ve hit him a lot harder. Curse my weak body.
"Was that necessary?" Ki-hoon asked.
"What do you mean? I was ’helping’." He said, with a sarcastic and mocking tone.
"You don’t need to do anything if you’re going to do it the wrong way," Jin-Yeok said, taking my plate of pancakes away and replacing it with a clean and empty plate. "It’s not like we expect you to do anything right to begin with."
Ooooh, Jin-Yeok just cooked him.
Seo-Jun’s eyes twitched, and his forehead creased. They were undermining him, and it was all because of me.
’Seriously, what is going on here?’ He thought as he looked at me, who smiled softly at Jin-Yeok, who was filling up my plate with more pancakes.
"Thank you, master." I said and put only a bit of honey on my pancakes before eating.
"I don’t know how you can look at Hyung and think of treating him badly," Min-Cheol said. "I knew you were always an unreasonable old man, but this is going too far."
"So, it isn’t going too far when he attacked me out of the blue?" Seo-Jun asked, slamming his hands on the table and shaking the utensils as well as the dishes. "He’s the one who started out unreasonable, so how do you expect me to be reasonable to him, huh?"
They all went silent. Even if it was true that I hit first, they couldn’t bring themselves to question me or take his side. They had already been charmed by me so much that all my faults could be overlooked easily.
And since the opponent was Seo-Jun, who was well known for his ’kinks’, they couldn’t help but wonder what sort of thing he had gotten me involved with.
Well, let’s clear that misunderstanding.
Knowing that they would take my side no matter what I did was already enough for me. If things continued like this, then I wouldn’t even have to worry about this guy coming near my room.
My ass was saved.
"I think I do indeed owe you an apology," I said, and they turned to me, surprised.
"What for, Hyung?" Min-Cheol asked.
It seemed like Min-Cheol was Seo-Jun’s biggest hater. Ah, that’s my boy.
"No matter how I look at it, I was at fault for striking like that," I said, putting down my fork, but clutching on to my knife just in case. Just in case, you know.
"Haa, so you’re going to apologize?" Seo-Jun asked, folding his arms. He didn’t believe it. My attitude so far did not seem like I would give him a sincere attitude, so he wasn’t going to buy it.
I had built up my character and profile to be soft, gentle, and honest. And today, I displayed a rather violent side for the first time.
No matter how much my masters tried to overlook it, they would still remain curious, wondering what it was that made me go insane in that single moment I saw Seo-Jun or why I was so hostile to him.
They may want to dig out information to know if I was involved with him in those five years I was on the run, but they wouldn’t find anything, and it would make them more anxious.
That would lead to a confrontation, and Seo-Jun, who very much forgets the faces of those he exploits sexually, would nonchalantly give a response that would provoke them, and a fight might take place.
Let’s avoid that unnecessary drama, shall we? I already got to hit him, even though it was enough, so it should be fine for now.
I just want to live in peace, though that’s been compromised by this man’s presence.
"Yes, I would like to apologize, as well as explain my action."
