A magnificent existence hovered among the celestial radiance of the universe. Busy radiating Red Moon power, he suddenly opened his eyes with a bit of surprise.

Li Hao was back.

It didn’t matter, the young man was too late.

The Red Moon exalted emperor had completely infiltrated Silver City. While he hadn’t wormed his way into a deep level, Red Moon power attached to its targets like a parasite. It wouldn’t be exorcised no matter what was tried.

The power would intensify the more one’s desires grew. Even if the world changed again one day, Red Moon would have taken root in this land. The stronger a target was, the more easily they were bewitched and turned into one of Red Moon.

It was beautiful in theory, and they had also accomplished it in reality. Large numbers of New Martial powerhouses had been beguiled that year and chose to betray their civilization. The Red Moon exalted emperor was targeting even weaker people this time, so the process should be easier.

Then why did he feel vaguely uneasy?

He also knew that Stellaris possibly didn’t exist anymore!

Li Hao must have done something. The sword represented the Li family in the seal; the Sword Sovereign’s shadow had become more intangible and didn’t seem quite capable of suppressing the exalted emperor anymore.

That greatly decreased the pressure on the emperor!

The Sword Sovereign’s shadow had obstructed him all of these years, dueling him to a standstill. One had to say, the Sword Sovereign was formidable. No wonder he was hailed the greatest in offense among his peers.

All of these developments were good, the Red Moon exalted emperor was in a wonderful mood. He’d hoped that those guys outside would be able to undo the seal, but no progress had been made after so many years. Li Hao, though, that beautiful kid was wonderful!

He first broke this heritage weapon, then that heritage weapon, and now even Stellaris. Given enough time, the exalted emperor felt that he would be able to break the seal himself!

But just as he basked in his good mood, his thoughts traveled back to when the Red Moon power had been thrown into slight turmoil moments ago. His senses were too weak to clarify the situation; he only knew that Li Hao had returned. There was nothing that the exalted emperor could do.

He’d sent some of his power into Li Hao previously—that had been an outright infiltration that the young man wouldn’t be able to get rid of. That meant the boy would become part of Red Moon sooner or later. Even if he didn’t, he would turn into an existence like the Zhengs and be ruled by his desires.

Li Hao was naturally oblivious of the Red Moon exalted emperor’s thoughts. His gap in strength with the other was so great that the thought of provoking the man didn’t even occur to him. At the same time, the exalted emperor wouldn’t be permitted to infect the people in the young man’s domain.

This was actually just the energy that Li Hao needed to activate the formation. As countless people stirred with excitement, Li Hao took a deep breath. Stellaris was gone, so it was much more problematic to open a passageway to the Hao Cosmos.

On the other hand, he was much stronger now.

Dao meridians opened one after another in his body. Although he’d cleared almost six hundred acupoints prior to this, he’d only opened twenty-four dao meridians.

Li Hao opened three more dao meridians in the blink of an eye. He was now peak sixth level Sun and Moon, but that wasn’t enough. The young man grunted and immolated several divine corpses. Dense currents of dao power started burning and another universe seemed to appear.

Everyone lifted their eyes to the sky. Not only did they see a starry expanse, but there seemed to be... a diagram of the eight trigrams up there?

What was that?

Why were these things appearing in the sky?

Some people’s hearts jolted when they saw the phenomenon, understanding something when they saw the eight trigrams.

The exalted emperor... was the thought that came to mind. That was... their master, whom they served?

The idea suddenly took root in their minds and could not be dismissed.

Li Hao saw some changes in a few people; latent Red Moon power seeped out of their bodies. He frowned at the number of people affected. That was an exalted emperor they were up against, alright. So many were infected through just a small crack in the seal!

There was even some Red Moon power swirling from some of the Battle Heaven troop leaders. As for whether or not it existed before or came to be only now, that didn’t matter Li Hao didn’t care!

Whether the power was from before or today, it would cease to exist from this moment on.

A loud shout rang through the world.

“Open!”

The world split apart and countless stars hovered into view. Many on the ground shook from fear—the sensation of the entire universe smashing into them was horrifying!

Li Hao’s figure appeared in the void. The young man appeared every bit to be the creator of the world!

He held the universe in his hand and screamed, “Descend!”

BOOM!

The world fell and the universe crashed down upon them.

“No one move!” Li Hao roared. “This is a fortuitous opportunity. Anyone who dares move will be shown no mercy!”

The Hao Cosmos trembled when the universe settled down over Silver Moon world. Immense currents of strength swirled forth from the depths of the universe and transformed into gigantic thunderbolts.

One, two, three... infinite thunderbolts!

Even Li Hao was immensely taken aback by the reaction. That much? It was like the exalted emperor had personally invaded the Hao Cosmos. The dao universe gathered a veritable storm of thunderbolts and swept toward Li Hao.

The young man looked up and swallowed hard. I... didn’t include the seal in my shield. This momentum makes me think I did. If I really did... forget it, I probably wouldn’t be able to kill the exalted emperor. The new dao universe isn’t complete yet. Once it’s invaded, it’ll probably have a new master holding the reins!

This thunder tribulation couldn’t kill even Li Hao, much less an exalted emperor.

Countless thunderbolts descended with a rumble to smite the soldiers. Innumerable people were scared out of their wits; various powerhouses rose into the air to reassure them.

“Be quiet, we will stop the storm! This is not thunder and lightning, but the power of great dao! It is beneficial to you, there are no drawbacks!”

Although many were terrified out of their minds, there were plenty that trust Li Hao wouldn’t do anything bad to them. They kept their nerves in check and grit their teeth to stay in place. There were some that wanted to run, but they didn’t dare move when they saw Li Hao floating in the sky like a baleful demon god.

There were some that attempted to run on the Great Li side. The king showed them no mercy and sent his royal guards to kill the would-be deserts. The Great Li army had always exercised strict discipline.

His swift action quieted the troops!

Thunder and lightning descended. RUMBLE!!

Thunderbolts crashed to the ground and scarlet energy rose from almost everyone’s body. The wisps were instantly obliterated. When the great dao expelled Red Moon power, the energy combined with great dao power to form an even stronger energy.

Soldiers operating the Breakthrough Incantation cried out with joy. “I’ve just cleared an acupoint!”

The results were immediately noticeable!

These soldiers weren’t strong and it was their first time coming in contact with great dao power. They cleared acupoints at a swift pace while they furiously devoured energy. Multiple acupoints were popped open in the blink of an eye!

Soldiers hooted with glee. This was absolutely a gift from above!

They didn’t know what the scarlet energy was, but its effects were similar to when Li Hao ate the scarlet shadows. The energy rapidly strengthened their body and cleared acupoints.

The soldiers focused their efforts on absorbing the nutritious energy around them. Countless people breathed in unison and watched as thunderbolts decimated the scarlet energy.

Up in the air, the powerhouses grasped the opportunity to seize as much energy as they could. Li Hao permitted their furious devouring. He himself was doing the same thing.

Not only that, but he flew over the Great Li army and boomed, “I will stop the thunder tribulation for you. There is no need to thank me!”

However, the army was furious at his words. Bullshit! They could hear the cheers from the Demon Hunter Army. Those voices were charged with crazed exultation! It was the joy of one’s strength growing stronger!

Li Hao wasn’t giving any of that to them!

The Great Li king couldn’t help himself and took to the air as well. He looked at Li Hao with a conflicted gaze. “Commander Li... this location is the site of the Great Li army. This power of the new dao...”

“You guys are unable to absorb it!”

Great regret washed over the Great Li king and he wanted to cry. His people should cultivate the new martial dao, shouldn’t they? Look at all this great dao power! He was so jealous! There was so much of it! How could there be so much of it?

No wonder Li Hao was so nice as to include them in his efforts! He had done so to seize more power!

Of course the young man had done so to ensure a richer harvest for himself, but he’d also done so to prevent the Red Moon power from spreading. This power could be spread from person to person!

While the million-strong Great Li army had not been as thoroughly infiltrated as the Silver City army, many of its soldiers were contaminated. Once they were permitted to leave, Great Li might become the Red Moon headquarters in Silver Moon world.
